I love this place. I’ve been going there since it opened. The food quality is always excellent. There is of course some focus on wine and beer given its name. But honestly, we go for the food. Last night we all had burgers. I did have a good glass of Chianti wine and my table companions had great beer and a ginger lime drink. keep up the good work!! I’m so glad you survived Covid, Wine and Growl.

Great food, service and beer selection. What would improve the ambiance/value of the restaurant is to improve the sitting arrangement so that we are not on top of each other. We were so close to the next table that our conversations were competing and this is a negative for us. I wish the restaurant was in a slightly bigger space with a lounge atmosphere….that would lock us in to be regulars.

This is quite a little gem. Lots of wine and beer on tap. We went on a Saturday night and it was full but still chill. Very neighborhood feel despite being in a strip mall. We got the scallops and gnocchi with crab. Both dishes were delicious and the focaccia was excellent too. Highly recommend.

Wine and Gtowl has a limited menu, but everything is quite good. I love the Ceasar salad ( ask for light dressing) and all scallops they do.

Love wine and growl! Quaint wine bar with full bar, great food and perfectly located in our neighborhood to grab a glass of wine or dinner with a friend or for date night! Always yummy with Helpful servers and FAB food and wine!!

Gabe, our waiter was a terrific entry to our Happy Hour dining experience!! Great to reserve a table with Open Table too as the place is small and we wanted to be by the window! We ordered an avocado ahi poke (excellent), caprice salad and a veggie with wine. We shared our dishes and the seasoning was outstanding!! We can’t wait to go back!!

Never had the chance to eat there, they didn't have my reservation even though I had the text confirmation. Their system had my reservation at a time when they weren't even open. It's so small they couldn't accommodate us, so we just left and went somewhere else. Fix your reservation system please.

I didn't know that they started serving food, but my wife and I have been there twice and they are EXCELLENT! I almost hate to give them the reviews they deserve because it is going to be so much harder to get in. We have been so disappointed by so many of the restaurants in Beaverton that Wine & Growl has been an amazing find!

They are a small, family style bar and restaurant who really care about the customer experience. We’ve always been treated well and the staff has fun with what they do.

We really liked it. I had a great cocktail, some kind of orange infused rye cocktail. My husband had a nitro. We both had the hamburger and steak fries and it was very good. The only problem was is that they didn’t have enough servers so I asked for a glass of wine and I never got it nor did they refill the water glasses, but that’s the way it is now isn’t it?

We arrived early (30 min) , we were seated immediately. We had a drink while we waited for the others in our party. We were seated in a back section seperated by the main restaurant by a divided. we did have an appetizer, roasted carrot hummus, which was great, very tasty. it came with 2 pieces of bread, more would be neccessary, we ordered an order of Focaccia bread. with that we finished of the hummus. I had the Duck Bacon Carbonara, it was mediocre at best, too much cheese for me. We ordered 2 deserts for the table. 1 French Macaroon and 1 Cast Iron Cookie with Ice cream. Both were fabulous and enough for the 5 of us.

My friends and I were able to get seated quickly, get some great food and had a wonderful time. Our server also had the best hair ever!

Always yummy drinks and food. Ambiance could use some help - the place is very nice/modern but so small. Tables are awfully close together. Otherwise, it’s a 10!

Met some dear friends for a little wine & some snacks. We had a wonderful visit and the service was quick & attentive & food + wine delish!! Get the Margarita pizza & poke!! Thx for the fun!!

Outstanding!! Food, drinks, and service were all exceptional! It was a little loud and not necessarily cozy, but honestly, minor in the scheme of things. We’ll definitely be back & highly recommend!!

Wine & Growl is a gem of a restaurant. The food and beverages are innovative and expertly prepared. Not surprisingly, the restaurant is usually filled to capacity because it is one of the best dining options in the vicinity. Because it is a small space and is filled with happy patrons, it can get a bit noisy. Beyond that, I have no complaints. I will go back again and again!

Dined here for a colleague’s work anniversary. Appreciated being able to get reservations and glad I did—every table had a “reserved” sign in it when we arrived. Super cozy spot with wonderful service.

An outstanding Valentine’s Day menu at one of the hidden gems of SW Portland. The food was crazy good and the wine pairings were perfect (with heavy pours).

This might be slightly out of the way and tucked in an unassuming strip mall, but this place has all the gildings and ambiance of a trendy restaurant. The staff was knowledgeable; friendly; and attentive. The farm to table food was really well done. It’s a quality over quantity place but the dishes are so rich and flavorful that you’ll be left more than satisfied. Make sure you try the cast iron cookie after your meal.
