Willow Creek Bistro at The Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands is a casual restaurant with a menu that crosses many cultures. The restaurants interior is designed to provide a modern take on the classic ski lodge, complete with plush comfortable seating, stone walls and amber colored accents. The outdoor patio is at the base of Highlands Ski Resort complete with fireplaces and shading umbrellas to make any evening comfortable. Willow Creek Bistro also features a full-service bar.

Begin the meal with an order of tuna crudo, pretzel and bratwurst or homemade hummus and naan. Willow Creek Bistro offers creative entree options like Butter Chicken and Colorado lamb chops and classic 8 oz massive cheeseburgers or Coconut Curry ramen.

First time experience. Staff vey attentive. Complimentary valet parking a nice plus. Menu had good options.

We have eaten there many times, before, usually in advance of attending a show at the District Theater. Last night we arrived at 5:50 PM and they knew we had to be at the theater at 7:00PM. The food wasn't delivered to our table till 6:40PM. Didn't enjoy our meal at all.

We love dining here - always reliable food and the service staff are super friendly and attentive. We wanted to enjoy a quiet bite while watching some of the football play-offs - and that’s exactly what we were able to do. Plan to return again - and again, and again!

Really wanted to like this place…we’ve been here before and had an okay experience, so we decided to come back. First, it took awhile for someone to come to our table and once they did we were told that they were out of many things. They have wings but no blue cheese dressing…on the menu anywhere. Entrees were mediocre at best. Hope they step it up.

The food was good and it is right their at the Ritz Carlton lodges at Aspen Highlands. Our waitress Senya was delightful and made great recomendations. The manager was very engaged and went to all tables making sure guests were happy and everything was as should be. Caesar salad was good and large. We asked to have the leftovers boxed. The manager boxed himself and wrote His and Hers on the boxes because he noticed my husband had more pepper on his. Truly a very good experience.
