Williams & Graham is an internationally recognized and awarded craft cocktail bar hidden behind a bookshelf. We have been recognized as a World's Top 50 Bar and Top Cocktail Bar in the US (2x). We offer a rich ambiance, wide variety of drinks, delicious food served until 1am nightly, and genuine hospitality.

We take reservations Sunday through Thursday with walk-in availability. We accept a limited amount of reservations on Friday & Saturday allowing more space for walk-in guests. Due to limited capacity and high demand, all reservations have a set maximum time of 2 hours to enjoy food and drink. Thank you for your understanding and consistent support!

This is a 21 and up environment, we apologize for the inconvenience but we will not be able to permit entry for anyone under the legal drinking age.

Great place, cocktails were really excellent and our waitress very good. Fortunately one of our meals was cold so we had to send it back, and both meals were served on cold plates - a no-no in our household!

Hostess at the front extremely rude Saturday night 5/11. Bizarre behavior on the phone. W&G is a great bar but this ruined the experience for us this time.

As a Foodies, we love our speakeasies as well. It’s a rare find to come across one that embodies the spirit of a speakeasy as well serves great food. This place obtained both! The mixologist were on their game! Everything was amazing, the ambiance’s fantastic and this place is on my top 5 in the USA !

Our server Cade was delightful and attentive. We did “bartender’s choice” our second round, and the mixologist John blew us away. Super fun experience and would definitely go again.

Great service and even better cocktails. My husband and I each ordered one of their seasonal spring cocktails and also ordered a classic cocktails. They did not disappoint. We also ordered the bone marrow and enjoyed it very much. Well definitely be back.

Absolutely loved this place. Made a reservation a few weeks ahead of time for our trip to Denver and it didn’t disappoint. I always love to find the fun, unique places that have a story. The vibe is awesome with a dark ambiance. The bartenders and staff were so nice and just simply great at what they do and drinks were amazing! I requested a type of drink I was interested in and they concocted the perfect option. We didn’t have food, just late night drinks, but I would add this to your list of your spending some time in Denver. Will be going back next time we are there!

The best experience ever! We had extra people show up and they were able to seat us at a larger table. Our server was super cool, the vibes were fantastic, and the drinks were yummy.

Everything about William's & Graham is fun and fantastic. But the staff with their friendliness and their drink crafting skills make for a great night, every night. The menu has some wonderful and imaginative drinks. But if you are a little timid about trying something new, the staff has the skills and knowledge to craft something for you personally. I love the kitchen, and the fact they are open late (like 1am late) is such a bonus in Denver. If there is one must-have food item on the menu, it is the French Onion Soup. It is seriously the best I have ever had. If you are on the fence about making a reservation, do it.

Alexander crushes!! He made some amazing bartenders choices and was able to nail the flavor profile requested. We are excited to come back and try the new chef’s food

It was an awesome experience overall. Really enjoyed the bartenders choice drink they made, I asked for a unsweet Smokey whiskey drink and they delivered!

The bone marrow bacon jam is awesome! And I also highly recommend the mac & cheese with green chilies, bacon, jam, and red pepper flakes. I’m craving it the day after still. Can’t go wrong with Cocktails

We went to Williams & Graham for my husband's birthday. We ordered a TON of food and had to take our main course home - the portions were bigger than I thought they'd be. Alexander was our bartender and provided an extraordinary experience. Everything was fantastic and well put together. I will definitely be back.

I always make this place a priority when I visit and I’m never disappointed. This spring rotation of cocktails was outstanding like always. Ricky was great as always making everything easy and he’s cool to interact with. Feels like a friend I haven’t seen in a while.

Burrata, shishito peppers and classic burger were undoubtedly the best in Denver. The service was exception and the staff was really wonderful. Our reservation got pushed due to a buy out, but Jose made up for it with his creative cocktail creation and his kind company. Thank you for a short but fabulous experience. WE WILL BE BACK!

Absolutely loved this place. Our staff were helpful in finding different drinks and made great suggestions for food. It’s a great place to enjoy for a date or to entertain guests in a different environment.

Alexander (or Xander) was excellent- knowledgeable and quick on the draw with the refills and suggestions. He literally got burned by a candle and still served the cocktail- much respect!

Was able to take some friends who were visiting from California and Florida. Every single one of them was beyond impressed. Love this place a lot, and love whenever there's another excuse to drop in.

Booked Valentine’s Day with my husband, it was wonderful. It has been wonderful for a date night and for a group of friends. Service is excellent, our waiter and the host staff really personalized the experience, far from the chain drinks and dining vibe. Will definitely be back at Williams & Graham!

What a treat! The bone marrow was delectable, especially with the bourbon luge. The French onion soup was perfectly seasoned and the cheese on top was bubbly and browned to a lovely color. The W&G Classique burger was cooked to the ideal temperature and the fries were crisp and flavorful. The. Drinks. Oh. My. God. From the clarified milk punches to the Old Fashioned; they were all winners! For the love of all that is good and pure in this world, order a drink. You will not regret it!
