We are a small, family run restaurant since 2002 specialising in carefully sourced Aberdeen Angus beef from Scottish small highland farms, cooked simply but with flair and attention to detail.
Our emphasis is on high quality local ingredients and fresh produce from the best of local suppliers. Beef is selected, prepared and hung for us by Award wining "John Gilmour" of Macmerry master butchers since 1946. Fresh fish are delivered daily by Calum Sinclair and J.K Thompsons. West coast Mussels are delivered fresh daily by "Sea Mcgee". Our venison comes from wild Perthshire deer, lamb from the Scottish Borders. Artisan and farmhouse British cheeses are supplied by renowned Edinburgh cheesemonger, Iain Mellis and dairy produce from Fife Creamery. We take pride to cook everything fresh in our own kitchen daily.
We have outside seating arrangements for walk-Ins only.

    Lovely small restaurant. Defo requires booking in advance. Food is excellent and prices reasonable. It’s a wee gem on Rose Street

    Recommended by a family member who dined earlier in the year. The menu was excellent and so was the service. Sirloin steak and prawn was very enjoyable although slightly more expensive as veg was extra. Clean and very welcoming with friendly staff. I would recommend

    We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at wildfire. The potato soup and scallops followed by the scampi and mussels dish were delicious. Our server was very friendly, efficient, and dedicated to creating an outstanding overall experience. This restaurant is a real gem tucked away in rose a street. Don’t miss it.
