Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group. The service was impeccable! The atmosphere inside the restaurant was modern and chic. The burrata salad was delicious. For our mains we got a 6oz tenderloin which was cooked well and juicy. My partner got the 12oz ribeye. We have definitely had better steaks, the flavour was good, but not mind blowing or worth the hefty price. For desert we got the toffee pudding which was to die for l!! Overall it was a great date night.

We’ve eaten here number of times since Wild Blue first opened. We recommend it all our friends visiting Whistler. Many restaurants serve less than their best during restaurant specials, but not Wild Blue. The food quality and value for money is great always!

We had Jack serve us and he was perfect. Excellent help to decide on menu items and always at the ready with water and wine top ups. The food was outstanding. It is why you go out! Superbly interesting sauces and flavours and textures. Nothing one would whip off at home. I chose from the vegetarian selection and it was outstanding. Normally the vegetarian choices are boring but this did not disappoint in any way! Fresh and so unusually tasty!

My wife and I enjoyed an excellent, four-course meal at Wild Blue while vacationing in Whistler. Oysters were superb, potato and leek soup very delicious, orecchiette very tasty, porchetta perfectly done and the sticky toffee and rhubarb an excellent finish. Our server was very knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. We met the friendly bar manager and saw one of the owner-partners working the restaurant. Interior restaurant decor is attractive and relaxing. Our best dining experience in years!

We were placed in a good area where we can see the chefs working in the atelier. The waiter who served us, Jeremy, was knowledgeable and friendly. I had the wine pairing and Kathryn Wood, the sommelier's choice of wine was spot on. Overall an outstanding experience as befits a Michelin restaurant. I am sure it will be awarded a Michelin star shortly! It is now my favourite restaurant in Whistler.

Expert service by a highly qualified waiter. Imaginative food and well curated wine pairings. Beautiful decor but quite noisy. I certainly return for another dinner.

We ordered the spring prix fixe menu, excellent value. Food was good, though I found all my dishes to be a little too salty for my taste. Service was excellent.

Dinning environment very great, although slightly noisy but it’s expected on a Friday night. The food was very delicious. The spring menu is pretty good value for money for 39 CAD. Our waiter was very nice and overall made the dinning experience extremely pleasant. We are extremely impressed with the washroom and it’s cleanliness. Props to the team for keeping it very clean and mess free. It’s really rare to come by a washroom that’s so pleasant to use. The host wearing glasses between Friday May 10th 6:30PM-8:30PM was super helpful. She told us about the northern lights and we caught it because of her. It made our night very special! Thanks wild blue team! We will definitely come again.

When my wife and I dine out it’s always quality over quantity for us and there are four critical ingredients for a positive dining experience. Service, how your greeted, how you are seated and the general ambience and attentiveness of the staff. Presentation of the food then quality, the ingredients and freshness and last but not least the taste. Wow and did this restaurant knock it out of the park with all these. The hosts were friendly and seated us earlier than our reservation, the presentation of the food was exquisite, the freshness and taste was to the highest standard starting with the Oysters. The sauce created for the Sable fish was incredible and my wife’s risotto was delicious although it did resemble mushy peas, the British among you will understand. The soup was in the top 2 of the best I’ve ever tasted. The bar has now been set very high. Thank you Wild Blue for a terrific experience!!!

I can't fault anything about my experience here. The restaurant was full and bustling but the acoustics were great so I could still hear my partner. The lighting is on point- moody and classic. Our server was attentive and friendly and his timing was perfect. And the food. Oh my God, the food. We had oysters, caviar, steak, porchetta, sticky toffee pudding... divine. Our sommeliers recommendation was exactly what I wanted as well. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to dinner here. Life's too short.

Was very impressed with all the courses we had. Everything tasted great, presentation was very good. Excellent pastry chef. Cocktails small, could pour more Prosecco to make the glass not look so skimpy in the Beretta drink.

We went for the 4 course menu with the wine pairing, and everything was better than expected, the service and environment were amazing and not to talk about the food cause it was really tasty as well as the wine selection that fit the food perfectly. My only recommendation would be to change the wine that goes with the sticky toffee cause the dessert it’s sweet and perfect, but the wine is too sweet that can be a dessert itself, I can’t get them both, but of course I went for the sticky toffee and I didn’t finish the last wine

The four course fixed price option is absolutely the best bang for the buck in Whistler. Excellent food quality and excellent service. The whole team is like clockwork and professional. Our head server Donald was absolutely fabulous. We will be back!

Great 5 star addition to Whistler at a slightly more reasonable price. Having said that, it was very loud, in part as the tables were too close together to allow any sense of privacy.

My partner and I came in for the dead season deal for our anniversary! Melody was our server and was so amazing! Her service was outstanding, and she was super nice! The food was amazing, we did the wine pairing with our meal and everything paired so well and was super tasty! The timing of everything was super good as well between courses, never had to ask for anything or wait long for a course! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks for everything :)

We celebrated our friends 50th birthday at Wild Blue. The ambiance is amazing, the service was perfect and the dinner was one of the best we have had. We did the 4 course meal with the wine pairing and it was fabulous.

Beautiful restaurant, unexpected considering the outside. Dress was quite relaxed (variety - there were people in jeans and sports jerseys, mixed in with those more dressed up). Service was good, but timing on courses was completely off, but it was also very busy. Ordered the spring prix fixe - it’s very affordable so you get more than your money’s worth, in the same token it might not be a true representation of what this restaurant can do for that very reason - though didn’t taste or appear like corners were being cut. That said, food was good but not extraordinary. Orecchiette was over salted, risotto was mediocre, rhubarb dessert was extraordinary (pretty and tasty) as was the salad, drinks were delicious.

First time at Wild Blue… don’t know why we waited so long to try it! Outstanding food and service. And probably one of the nicest interiors of a restaurant in Whistler! Definitely going back!

Great business meal with delicious food and wine. Many food offerings to satisfy a variety of diets. Highly recommend it and plan to go again.

The service was impeccable. The soup was superb and I had the snap pea salad that was so cleverly presented and full of flavour. The risotto was good but lacked a bit of flavour. If I could do a 4 1/2 stars I would definitely do it.

Beautiful Restaurant with excellent food and great service. Had dinner last night for the Spring menu. Everything was great except for the porcheto which was very fatty. Our server Jeremy was terrific. We wanted single glasses of wine and he gave us tastes so we could pick one. And you are never rushed.

Tasting menu special was fantastic! Restaurant got quite loud as it filled up. Very attentive service. Lovely washrooms.
