Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group. First class meal, server (Alora) and ambiance! Oysters, prawns, risotto, new york and toffee pudding with delicious cappuccino. Yum. Lovely treat. Love it.

What a tremendous meal! The energy, food, and service are all outstanding. We had the $39 4-course shoulder season deal along with the $59 wine pairing and it was honestly, the best value meal I have had in a long time. The food and service was flawless. I This is hands-down my favorite restaurant in Whistler.

My partner and I went for a dinner date for they 4 course spring deal and left very underwhelmed. While the staff was nice and our server was awesome. the food was very very basic. No real meat or seafood option. The 2nd course had 1 meat option which was basically a fancy bolognese sauce. My main was a prawn snap pea risotto and my partner had sole which both tasted ok, nothing you couldn't make at home. I was surprised to not see any better options like salmon, tuna, chicken or red meat during the spring deal like the other restaurants have in town that are very close to the same price range. Wouldn't return or recommend this place. Even the regular menu had very basic items on it like chicken, saw some oysters but overpriced. Could think of couple other restaurants I'd go to instead for same price and better food.

Food was fabulous!! The asparagus Caesar salad was amazing - flavour was full and delicious. Perhaps the best dressing I’ve ever experienced.
