Overall we had a nice experience. We were disappointed in the size of the scallops (they were tiny) the octopus, monkfish and mussels were delicious. The mussels were forgotten about but this was rectified really quickly which we appreciated and they were definitely worth the wait! We ordered the beef and oyster which was a real disappointment. We weren’t asked how we like it cooked and wish we had done as it arrived well done and so tough and we just left it and could not eat it. We ordered dessert and I had the chocolate mouse which arrived on the plate extremely unappealing which looked like 2 sloppy ***** no effort in the presentation at all and certainly not how it is marketed on your Instagram page! Overall we had a nice evening but feel it could have been better.

The oysters we tried were fresh and delicious, food was tasty with an interesting twist on flavors. Great selection of wines and cocktails. Pleasant atmosphere, attentive service. We want to come back for a happy hour.

The restaurant is gorgeous, very stylish.All the staff are lovely and the the menu is filled with delicious choices. I especially loved the tempura oysters. If you love seafood,then you have to dine here.

Great seafood restaurant on the royal mile. We had oysters and the seafood plate. Service was great would highly recommend.

Get the oysters, mussels&clams, hake ceviche, and whitefish satay with peanut sauce. Shoestring potatoes and bufala cheese&tomato salad rounded out our dinner for three. Delicious!

We made a reservation for dinner since we had been to many locals pubs. We wanted a quiet dinner with good seafood. White Horse provided just that! Relaxing nautical ambience. The oysters were delicious. I highly recommend the Scotch Egg as well. We shared the Mussels and Clams and had 2 orders of charred sourdough bread to dip in the amazing broth. I all but drank it from the bowl! Great wine selection. The highlight. however, was our delightful server, Karolina! What a gem! Best service ever!
