If you have bucket list this needs to be on it. The usual behind the counter employees who became waitstaff for the evening did an outstanding job of making sure we were taken care of.

We loved being able to celebrate Valentines Day at White Castle a great tradition enjoy being able to go back missed it when Covid-19 made it unavailable a few years back.

We went on Valentine's Day, and there were festive decorations, and such a fun atmosphere! I really enjoy the pink boxes that the burgers come in! We'll be back next year!

This was a horrible experience for our family and was obvious they were not prepared or capable to handle this event. Zero stars and please don’t open your restaurant for this event again- absolutely awful staff and the worst experience ever

We went for the Valentine's night special and it was awesome! The decorations we amazing, the staff was fast and friendly and seemed to be enjoying themselves as well, our food and fast fresh and delicious! It was what I expected and more. It was our first Valentine's together and we plan on making the White Castle Valentine's special a tradition!

This was our third year of attending the Valentine's Day event. We just love it and will continue to go every year as long as we can. The restaurant was decorated so nicely, the staff was amazing and it made Valentine's Day very nice and special for us. Thank you

That was our first time going for valentine with the kids and boy was that fun and we plan to go again next year. girls did a great job and very friendly!

We have gone to White Castle for 10+ years and we try to try a new restaurant every time BUT the WB Ave. WC always does a great job on for this special evening.

The outside reader board half the letters were missing on half the words the sidewalk was not completely shoveled the light on your reader board is out and part of the White Castle is out on the back of the building it looked kind of dingy. It makes it look like White Castle is closing or not running correctly.

I Felt they could have used more decorations. I liked the candles and wait service was very nice. but for a reservation only I was expecting a little more decorations. And before we were done eating they turned the lights on and started cleaning up. Our reservation was for 8:45. They could at least waited until the last reservation table is done to start cleaning up and turn the lights on. That kinda ruined the whole thing for us. If I were to do it again I would definity make an earlier reservation
