We go to the Festus MO White Castles on a regular basis. The food and service is always excellent! We also do the Valentine's Day dinner every year as it is my husband's favorite place to eat and it is also his birthday as well. Wouldn't go any place else.

White Castle Rocks! Due to covid restrictions..my safety and that of the employees was top priority..car hop was nostalgic. Unfortunately, it was like 5° and snowy. I felt bad for the staff having to endure any amount of time in the elements. I give 20 out of 5 stars. Will do again!

Service was top notch. Even though it wasn’t the same as years past because of Covid I’m so thank they came up with a way to make it work so we could carry on the tradition.

My wife and I had an Excellent time at the Festus White Castle. Ambience, waitress and food were great! We couldn’t stop smiling. My wife took so many pictures. I can rarely surprise my wife but this went over very well. My son and his wife enjoyed the Fenton White Castle Valentines experience.

The valtines special reservation at White Castle veries strongly from location to location. Sadly this location goes as chincy as possible poka dot plastic table cloths, ballon weights instead of vases, and hear candies in plastic mix nuts trays. It’s really a shame they have for the same budget as some of the medium White Castle set ups made no real effort to make it inviting. It was with out a doubt the worst White Castle valentines ever. I’ll strongly suggest you dodge this White Castle.

They did not have our reservation. We were seated but it seemed like nobody wanted us there. I offered to show my confirmation but they didnt want to see it. It felt like we were rushed with our meal. We werent offered refills, and they gave our check before asking if we wanted dessert. And when we ordered dessert it seemed to be a major inconvenience. I understand that they are not used to table side service, and they years we went prior were amazing. Im hoping it was just a fluke and next year valentines day will go smoother.

We Love our White Castles in Festus. The food is awesome and the service is great. We tell everyone to go there and take everyone there as well. Breakfast, lunch or dinner time and even a late night snack. We wish they would build one closer to home but don't mind the drive to go there. THANK YOU!!! 💕

It was our first time dining in at white castles on Valentine's day. It was a fun experiance. I will do it again next year.

It was no big deal. Our waiter got my husbands order wrong but we didnt say anything. Not really anything special.

My husband and I had a great time celebrating Valentine's day at White Castle. It was quirky and fun. We were seated right away and our order was taken quickly. We love the food at White Castle. The staff was great about taking pictures of everyone.

I am 70 and got my first White Castle experience in my mother's milk. We have attended the Valentine's Day event for several years and it is a lot of fun and happy memories for my wife and me. The young women go far beyond the call of duty to make the date special. KUDOS to the Festus White Castle!
