Went for Valentine’s Day, they came up to our tables and took our orders! Even asked if we needed a refill! The service was 10/10 the lady we got was just the sweetest, and the food was surprisingly pretty good for White Castle haha. The place was also decorated super adorably and I loved it. It’s reservation only on Valentine’s Day so we felt extra special. Funny because earlier in the day we had lunch somewhere fancy, and I actually preferred the White Castle experience over the fancy place! Will be doing next year.

For Valentines special the decorations were beautiful. The servers needed a little more experience. They did not get our order right and charged us for things we did not order. We love White Castle.

As always, the castle never disappoints! Everyone was warm, friendly, and welcoming! I love the banner on the wall to have our pictures taken!

It was a kitschy Valentine’s dinner & decorated so cute in the resteraunt! We ordered the Love Cube & was disappointed when our food was brought to the table in a brown paper bag🤷‍♀️ We had a good time❣️

Have been going here on Valentines Day for 5+ years. I am always completely satisfied. People would just need to understand it for what it is! I love the idea! I have been a White Castle fan for over 40 years.

We all loved the Valentine's Day set-up. It was our first time for a Valentine date with the kids, and will definitely do it again.

Had our Valentine's day WC experience here. Husband had it on his bucket list. It was so much FUN!! Everything was decorated so nicely, and our waiter was fantastic!! If you want something unique to do for Valentine's Day...and, most importantly, if your partner has a sense of humor and not expecting a five star experience, you definitely need to do this at least once. We will fondly remember it forever! You do need to make reservations well-ahead of time...mid-January was almost too late. So much fun, thanks to the entire staff!

Their Valentine Day celebration was not what I was anticipating. What happened to linen tablecloths and napkins? Red plastic vinyl just didn't do it for me. Place not really decorated nor were the table servers dressed up. Being it was 35F outside dining area should have been warmer Lighting could have been dimmed. Waitress did not seem to know the menu even after this being the 8th 30 minute reservation setting (@ 8pm) that began at 4pm. For the value, it was not good. This was our first visit to a White Castle. Probably will not visit them again during normal-regular business. The hype about this being a fun thing to do for Valentines was way over sold compared to what was delivered.

Valentine's Day Dinner by Reservation - Made reservation for 5 people, was sitted at a booth made for 4 people. Very uncomfortable eating without proper space. Was a fun atmosphere, candlelight, tablecovers, service at the table
