Westerns Laundry is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant focusing on seafood & natural wines. The restaurant is located in the Islington/Highbury neighbourhood of North London. It opened in 2018 and is housed in a 1950's industrial building which used to be home to the largest commercial laundry in North London. It now boasts a beautiful 60 cover dining room, which opens onto an open 20 cover cobbled courtyard with olive trees as well as an intimate private dining room. Westerns Laundry has won numerous awards for excellence and originality and is a firm favourite on the London dining scene.

We’ve been several times and keep going back for more. Everything about this place is fantastic. Wonderful food. Amazing wine. And the service is always brilliant. Friendly staff who always go that extra mile to make each visit an excellent experience. We will definitely be back.

Had a great time, the food, the staff, the ambience ❤️ Westerns Laundry was recommended to me by a friend and I’m glad they did! Booked for my fiancés birthday. Every dish was absolutely delicious. The staff were great, really knowledgeable on all the food and all the wine. Great atmosphere too. Highly recommend, I have to all my friends!

I would go as far to say that Western Laundry is my new favourite restaurant in London. I love everything about it, and am delighted it’s in my new neighbourhood! Love the cosy outdoor area and all the details on the shared tables inside.

What a beautiful restaurant. Wonderful interior. Felt comfortable and humble but well thought out. Lovely service. I didn't know what to expect and the quality was exactly what I'd hoped. The menu changes regularly but I'd say get a selection of small dishes plus a fish dish and you can't go wrong.

The food was wonderful, exquisite sharing plates. Service also friendly and attentive. A lovely afternoon experience, we splashed out, it was definitely a treat. The whole restaurant is made up of long sharing tables which is not my preference but we were on the end so it didn’t matter for us. My highlight dishes were the plaice with it’s heavenly buttery sauce, the labneh stuffed peppers, melty like clouds (sadly only 2 in a portion.) All the food was excellent no weak links at all. I would recommend highly.

been here over 20 times over a period of more than 5 years and the food is always amazing, in my top three restaurants, highly recommend, worth trying any of the dishes on the blackboard even as they are all excellent
