Our 99 seat restaurant opened in 2022 and features scratch made entrees, a delicious ever changing cocktail list and a wonderful ambiance that incorporates touches of Concord's history throughout.

With a fun and cozy environment, The West Village Tavern has quickly become a local favorite.

Chef Walace's diverse American style menu features some the most loved comfort meals as well as some delicious takes on international cuisine, like our scratch dumplings. Over in our bar, we have a wonderful cocktail menu with what seems like endless options. Don't forget about to check out our expansive whiskey and rum offerings as well.

We always have a nice time and an enjoyable meal at the West End Tavern. We're there every other week or so - usually off hours. The kitchen does a fine job whether you order an entree, sandwich or just apps and drinks. It's a comfortable place with a nice staff and good food.

Reservation on a Saturday and it was busy. We were sat immediately in a nice booth. Food was delicious. Caesar salad, Chicken Milanese and a warm energy bowl. Great service also, very attentive and quick with everything.

Very good New England cooking. The Halibut and Turkey dinner entrees where what you would expect of a good restaurant in New England. I had the steak tips at my last visit, also very good. Good cocktail menu, apple pie and ice cream for dessert, comfortable seating and pleasant service. All in all, a very good place to dine.

We had a 6:00 reservation and indicated that we needed to leave by 6:30 due to theatre performance. Because they were on a "shift change" when we arrived, it took 15 minutes for us to be greeted by our server. We were able to leave on time, but it was clear that due to all the take-out business, the staff was stretched. We had 3 great dishes: Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Pan Blackened Salmon, and Short Rib Raviolis (suggested by our server Candice. My fired had a delicious Bully Boy's Old Fashioned, and I had the Daou Cabernet after we got a glass of a lower echelon Cabernet that was corked (we were not charged). On the whole, the meal was overpriced ($137 including tip), and I think I will not return for meal although I would consider carry-out as well as the pizzas.

Consistently good food and very friendly service. Love the atmosphere – overall casual but the attentive staff and fantastic food make it feel like a high class experience. Delicious cocktails, too!

1000/10! The food was DELICIOUS we ordered chicken Parmesan and the harvest ravioli. Our server, Matt, was friendly, knowledgeable, and was right there every time we needed him but was not overbearing. Overall fabulous experience we will be back!

Took a group to West Village. The music was way too loud to have a conversation, and the manager was rather abrasive when asked to address it. Seemed like it has been a recurring issue based on the response from our server (volume controlled by the owner off site?). Otherwise food was good.

The cordial welcome at the reservation desk began what was a most pleasant and savory toasting and dining experience for the three of us! Our server was highly patient, courteous, and skilled. For being such a representative of your brand, he merits full commendation.

Loved the variety of signature cocktail options and the guacamole was fresh/made to order. Our table had the haddock, steak tips and a smash burger. All of the items were served piping hot and cooked perfectly. The tips were extremely tender (loved the marinade) and the fries were awesome too. Can't wait to go back!

First and Last time I will dine here. A member in our party requires the use of a mobility device. The handicap entrance was locked!! Upon inquiring with the hostess, I was informed that “the owner likes that door locked at all times” This is illegal and needs to be investigated by the proper authorities. If you use a wheelchair or walker, stay clear of here.

Dim lights need to be consistent and the 70’s sound track needs to be a presence at night with Shawn Mendes and Ed Sheerhan thrown in. Include the generations that love your food.

We sat in a booth in the bar. Very comfortable. Started with a good side salad. I had the haddock and my friend had the steak tips.We both thought our meals were excellent. Our server was the best. So kind and appropriately attentive. A very nice experience and we will be back.

Our waiter, Thiago, was outstanding! He spoke to our grandchildren, ages 4 and 10, in multiple languages. My husband was celebrating his birthday, so his dessert came with a candle. Thiago also brought a candle for our 4 year-old! We will always recommend West Village Tavern.

St. Patrick’s day was our first visit to West Village Tavern. We really enjoyed it !!! The corned beef & cabbage was really good and we were served a large portion. Reminded me of “the old sod”. We were pleasantly surprised when a bagpiper in a kilt marched through the restaurant to the delight of everyone !! we look forward to our next visit.

The noise level was so high that it was almost impossible to hear our own conversation. We all agreed that our food was good, but we’d not return on a busy night - which means we probably won’t return. Putting in some soundproofing would make a huge difference in this, otherwise, very nice space.

The West Village Tavernbwas a good find. We were greeted and seated enthusiastically and promptly. Reservations were needed for dinner. The food was good. The chorizo sausage fondue was delicious, as were the dining chips. The Chicken Cobb salad was generously portioned-- yay for avocado-- and the grilled and seasoned chicken was very tender. The only downside were the limpness of the greens and the excessive oil in and on the shell that held the salad. The servers were friendly and attentive, and our food was served promptly. A pleasant dinner out.

We loved it. We had a lovely time. The food was excellent, the waiter was kind and attentive, and the hostess was very welcoming. The price: We are not used to any of the prices, anywhere since covid. I recommend anyone giving this restaurant a try. It's well worth the effort!

We split a salad between 4, tries burger (huge and cooked perfectly), steak tips, baby back ribs and salmon. All delicious. Service was prompt. We will return.

We enjoyed a tasty dinner last night at West Village Tavern. The grilled cheese and tomato soup was so good, the pesto added a flavorful touch. I was going to save half for lunch, but couldn’t resist eating the whole thing. They service a nice size pour of wine, no asking what size you want,. My son enjoyed the Smash burger and fries. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. It would be nice if they could dim the lights a bit more, some spots are pretty bright, but overall a great place to to enjoy a casual, reasonably priced dinner. We will be back.

Was pretty disappointed in our experience, lots of potential from the curb appeal and indoor decor, menu seemed nice. First beer came out fast, second beer arrived after we finished our meals, at least they were ice cold. I ordered the Smashburger with fries, spouse ordered blackened chicken sandwich and Caesar salad. Despite restaurant seeming less than half full, took an entire 30 minutes to be served, burger was luke warm at best, fries were warm, not hot. Chicken sandwich was hot and flavorfull, salad was okay. Manager nearby but never acknowledged the wait nor checked in with us on our food. Super disappointing for a $60 lunch. We won't be rushing back.

We just discovered this “new“ restaurant in West Concord, and it offers us a much needed option for a casual place to eat. There were four of us, and we all enjoyed our meal. The service was a little wonky, but hopefully the server was inexperienced, and will learn in time to be a bit more attentive.
