Food was great service was subpar. It took 25 minutes to get water, and another 15 to get drinks from the bar. Only 1/2 the tables were full. It was 1.5 hours from arrival till our food was delivered. The food was great, but we will not be back based on the service.

Overall wouldn’t recommend. The server wasn’t bad, but the food, especially for the cost was below average. Soggy fish, meat wasn’t great and the potatoes were cold.

Last night we had dinner for the first time at Texas Chophouse, and we will be back. The server was good, the food was delicious, the seating/tables nice. The only negative was that the air conditioner was not functioning properly last night (being serviced or worked on) it was a little warm in restaurant ,but they did try to better situation with fans ,which DID help so thank you.

The main dining room A/C was not working, for 3 days we heard. The temperature was 110° outside. Why they were seating people In there is beyond me. We were moved to the bar area to have dinner. It was loud and it was obvious the servers were hot and cranky. Service was very slow. The only redeeming part of the evening was the steak. The bread was stale, the potato was cold. Disappointing.

We were able to get seated quickly and all went pretty well - friendly head’s up that the Caesar salads are massive!

The folks at West Texas Chop House could not have been more profesional and accommodating. Our group size changed twice, and there was no issue at all. Once we arrived, we were seated right away, with our table already set and waiting for us. Our Server was the best! She was patient and friendly and anticipated our needs as far as refills n before we even asked. Her attention to detail made the whole experience that much better. She even caught an error in our food order and had it re-made without hesitation. Treated us like family! Thank you for making my son’s high school graduation dinner so special!

They could NOT get our order right! Not even our drinks! They got my food wrong. Then my boyfriend ordered a shot they brought him the wrong alcohol they also got his food order wrong TWICE! Then the second time they brought out his food they brought it in a togo box, which we did not say we were ready to go! They also got our friends order wrong. It was ridiculous!! They ONLY thing I will was good was our waitress she was very nice, made conversation, she was even funny. The reservation was very nice inside. The rest of it was not good at all!!

Might have been one of the worst steakhouse experiences ever. We left before the food came out due to waiting for over an hour and still not receiving our food or an update of our food. Server was nice and did all she could just a horrible night from the kitchen as we observed several tables complaining and returning food.
