Amazing experience at the Cimarron location. Super affordable compared to the other steak houses in town. This is a new favorite so we will be returning.

We ordered bone marrow appetizer and WTC meat feast cooked in medium. Bone marrow appetizer was disappointing with small bone cut in half, there were not much to eat, especially for 18 dollars. Also out of 3 steaks in WTC meat fast, only 1/3 was cooked to medium and others were medium-well to well done... It is disappointing to not have steak cooked to medium at "proper steakhouse". The ambience was good, and waiting staff was nice, but would not go again for the price we paid.

En general bien, muy bien atendidos por Joel, el detalle es que tienen pocos meseros para atender correctamente a todos, y Joel que es muy amable anda corriendo para todos lados, como es normal se olvidan algunas cosas de las órdenes pero se tarda uno en que se las complete. Al final solo es falta de más personal para dar una excelente servicio.

pros: Our reserved table was ready upon arrival. This was our first time at this restaurant. Food and service were great, the restaurant is beautiful inside and seats comfortable. We were served bread (delicious) and butter along with our drinks. The prices were very affordable (pleasant surprise). The restaurant is great for friends and family. We will definitively return, however, not for anniversary or romantic night out. Food portions were abundant. cons: We went to celebrate our anniversary, and mentioned it in the Open Table reservation, but we were not congratulated nor it was even mentioned if we were celebrating a special occasion; The music was too loud; the restaurant ambience is not romantic at all; My wife was on a dress and I wore a suit, but the two tables next to ours were people on shorts and t-shirts, I guess is not an elegant place to go.

Service took way too long to wait on food and refills. The longest time to get food ever.

This was my first time for lunch. We were 4 girlfriends having a birthday lunch. I ordered the tilapia that was breaded with rice and a side salad. The fish was a large piece, but was heavily coated and very hard. No real flavor, the rice was so-so and the side salad was just a huge fistful of spring mix, crammed into a small bowl with a quarter chunk of a sad and flavorless tomato and 4 homemade croutons. This would have been better on a small plate and with some more items. One of my friends ordered the burger and it was almost burnt it was so overcooked. She sent it back and got a little better the second time. Overall, the food was lacking, but our server was very attentive and kept our tea and water filled. This was their lunch menu - so I guess to offer it at a reduced price, they must not care how it looks or tastes. Not sure I will go back anytime soon. They were not busy at all, so no excuse.

This is my favorite restaurant- we came for ladies night out and had a great time. The food was fantastic and the prices just as great. The ambiance is amazing. Our waitress was super.
