The initial impression was great- our reservation was ready on arrival, and the ambiance of the restaurant was lovely. The hostesses that greeted us were very friendly. Our waitress Jocelyn was okay. We asked for pepper at the table several times and never got it. We had to remind about drink orders. There were no chives on the potatoes served as a standard side with the steaks, and we didn’t get any when we asked. She seemed indifferent to customers. One person in our group received an ice cold entree (the only person not ordering steak). Everyone else in our group had an excellent entree. Apps were tasty. The “wine pairing” option on the menu did not actually offer most of the selections by the glass- when my second wine was brought out they served a second glass of the initial wine. Sergio (the manager) looked into this issue and explained it to me. He was very attentive and friendly. The desserts were great- recommend the peach bread pudding!

Food is definitely a lot better at their George Dieter location by a long shot. Overall, it was okay though, service was great.

I thought this was a steakhouse and not a nightclub. Went for a business dinner at 5:30 and the music was so loud that I had to lean in to hear anyone. Add to that my tomahawk Pork Chop was dry as can be and it was disappointing to say the least. The thing that saved the night were the appetizers - they were all really good but not enough to bring me back.

The bread was so tough you couldn't chew it. I guess they left it in the warmer too long. The 8 oz Sirloin steak was so tough I couldn't chew it. My wife loved the ribeye tacos.

This location is always a problem whenever I go here, and its always the service. Getting seated is never a problem, the food is always good. But I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the waitress to come over to even take our drink order. She disappeared for another 15 minutes and then brought the drinks over. We ordered immediately because we were worried that we wouldn't see her for another 15 minutes. The salads came out and about 3 minutes later, the food came out rather rushed. The worst part was she didn't even say thanks for coming or anything whenever we paid the check. I think this will be the last time I will be back at the Airway location. Service just is 100% terrible.

Took my fiancé out for his 40th birthday and was pleased with the food and ambiance. We had a reservation at 8:30 and got there a bit early at 8:15 in which the hostesses were very nice and sweet to accommodate us 15 min early. They striked up a conversation about my fiance turning 40 and how he looked like Pauly D from the Jersey shore because of his haircut. Our server Josh was awesome and made our reservation pleasant. He took care of us the best he could even though he had a large party of people he was attending to, to which we understood knowing how the service industry is. He was very nice and very apologetic since the large party he was taking care of took much of his time. Overall from the hostesses to the server, my fiancé and I had an awesome time.

First time at this restaurant. Read some of the negative reviews, so I was a little concerned, but our late night dinner for four was an excellent experience. Our server did a good job of tending to us without being overly intrusive. The food from the appetizers to the desert was on point and delicious. The steaks were flavorful and cooked exactly to the temperature we requested. We will add this to our list of go-to restaurants.

Seated promptly at our reservation time. Excellent courteous service by Adriana. Food portions were plentiful, great tasting and minimal wait. Sufficiently priced for the food’s size and taste. Excellent service was the cherry on top.

Food tasted fine and was well presented. The service; however, not so much. After the food arrived, we learned at least one of the dishes was not available- it was too late to order something else at that point. Later, I requested to Togo box however once the check was paid, we never saw the server again. I left the food on table after waiting for an unnecessary and inconvenient amount of time. I will not in good conscience recommend eating or visiting there again.

Steak was cooked great. Other items could use improvement. Service was sub par honestly. Over 10 mins for drinks after ordered almost every round.

I was really excited to try this steakhouse as they pride themselves on their gourmet steaks and we were celebrating my daughters 28th birthday. I regret to inform that it did not meet the hype. The steaks were overpriced for the type of cuts advertised. They were very blande and way under & over cooked. Our server Daisy was AMAZING! She did everything possible to make our visit as enjoyable as possible. When we asked to speak to a manger, he came over and was very nonchalant about our concerns. I live in Houston and great steakhouses are of abundance, so I’m familiar with what a $40 bone in rib-eye should be.. however this was not it. I’m sad to report that we will not be returning here.

Food was delicious and presented well. The only complaint we have was our food was brought out and none of us had steak knives to cut our steaks and chicken. We asked for them right away and the wait person took her time bringing them - meanwhile our food sat there cooling off because we didn't have knives. Other than that, everything was great and we will be back.

This place was beautiful and a reservation is recommened due to the sheer amount of people that come in. Dress code is pretty much nice jeans and a t shirt.

The food was fantastic but this is the second time I've been to this location and the service is poor. Our server kept walking off when we were not done talking, was rude, and took a long time to service our table. I will not be returning to the Airway location. Shame because the food was really good.

Our server, Adrian, was excellent. He knew the menu made outstanding recommendations and you could tell he enjoyed working there. Super attentive and friendly! The food was really good and the prices were beyond reasonable!

My family and I drove by El Paso on our way to California. We picked this restaurant based on its great Google reviews. We were wowed instantly the moment we walked in, by the overall interior design and furnishings of the restaurant. Lunch specials start at $9.99. We ordered tilapia fillet, fajitas tacos. The mango salad with grilled salmon was delicious! The server was friendly and attentive. The restroom was clean.

This is the first steak house I have ever eaten at where everyone at the table had no choice but to send their steaks back due to them being well over cooked; I was so excited to finally get a chance to go because we are from out of state. Maybe next time they will get it right.

Nessa was amazing server she took very good care of us for my son's birthday dinner. We bought chiles guerdos and they were very small and overcooked Nessa made it right with bringing us fresh ones that were what we were use to. We sat in the booth by the kitchen and the entire dinner the carts would hit the back of the booth. No one was careful and it became annoying.

Took my roommate for her birthday. It was a first visit for both of us. Our steaks were amazingly tender and tasty! It's now my favorite steak restaurant!
