    We had so many waiters and stresses we had no idea who was ours. Food expensive but good. Can share some of the mains but the small plates were very small!

    We were greeted immediately upon arrival, we asked to be sat by an open window and they accommodated. Our server greeted us warmly and made a number of recommendations for dinner. It was $1 oyster night, they arrived quickly and were incredibly fresh. The accompanying sauces were homemade and delicious. the dinner entrées were outstanding, I would recommend Waypoint to anyone!

    I had baked oysters they were very delicious minus the size and salty flavor. The crab and Angel hair pasta had potential to be an award winning dish but was extremely disappointing with the amount of salt used. Cheese is salty you didn’t need to add salt using cheese and jalapeños.

    We arrived for a late lunch (at 1pm) for Mother’s Day, and were seated promptly, but unfortunately did not have a good experience after that. Our service was very slow, and our server was not apologetic about the delays or losing our food ticket among the minimal amount of other orders at the time. When she told us that we would still need to wait another 10 minutes for our food, I repeated it to confirm, and she rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look as she said, thank you for your patience, and walked away. She did not apologize at all during the 2+ hours we were at our table for a pre-fixe 3 course meal. We didn’t even have our dessert because we were not interested in sitting in the restaurant any longer. We did not get credited for the food we did not eat either. It was a very poor experience, and based on previous poor experiences, I will not be dining here again.

    Went on Mother's Day and the service was one of the worst I had in my life. There was no assigned waiter so we got asked what we'd like to order by three different people. Somehow, even with 3 people checking in, it still took them over 15 minutes to take our order and bring our drinks (which were forgotten about twice). There was apparently no communication between BOH and FOH because we were told two hours in that one of the items we ordered in the set menu was out of stock. They refused to refund us for the item because it was part of a set menu instead of an individual entree (even though ordering just an entree wasn't even an option!). In addition, all our entrees were brought out at separate times which meant we couldn't even eat together. The service was so slow that it took them about 2.5 hours and counting to serve 3 courses. Not sure how long it would have taken in the end because we gave up and asked them to pack up dessert. The food was OK and reflected its price point for Cambridge. If the service hadn't been so disappointing, this would have been a nice spot. Alas, I won't be going back, and I can't recommend this place to anyone.

    Terrible service and they didn’t seem to care. They offered a prix fix menu but then didn’t seem to follow that in terms of food coming out.

    Wonderful food and service. Each dish was made in a signature fashion making all unique and different. Great cocktails, also made with delicious alchemy. And very attentive service.

    Wonderful food and service. Background music is much too noisy for conversation. It's really wayyyyy too loud.

    Service was very slow; took 20 minutes to receive our drinks and 45 minutes for the first food to arrive. Drinks & oysters were great, but all other food was so under-seasoned that we asked for salt & pepper. Server rarely checked on us, too.
