Amazing food. Our waitress was forgetful (apps, drinks, dishes) which was a little frustrating. The food though was top notch my wife had the lobster frittes and I had the bistro burger. We ordered an appetizer but it never came out (waitress forgot to put it in) same goes for the drinks and coffee with our dessert.

Always an excellent meal at Waterzooi. My wife and I eat there about once a month. Noise level can be very high, but that is the sign of a good place to . Also greatly appreciate consistent staffing. Sign of a business that takes care of it’s employees.

Best Belgian restaurant and Belgian beers on Long Island! One of the most comprehensive and extensive beer menus. They have Chimay Blue, Red and White on tap! The variety of mussels and broths are amazing!

Have been to Waterzooi many many times. Meal is never a disappointment. Ingredients quality is good. The restaurant is almost always full. They have consistent staff which is a strong indicator of a well run establishment. Only down side is noise level and prices are a bit high.

This is our go to place for special occasions! We had a super waitress who was very attentive and fun! We were celebrating my birthday and she brought my dessert with a candle and sang Happy Birthday with my family! Food is always delicious and the specials that night were outstanding! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We had an early dinner - 5pm, so the dining areas were not busy, however the bar was full for their "Happy hour"...... They were kind enough to give us a larger table since I told them we were quite hungry and would need additional space. We ordered the lobster special appetizer along with a mixture of oysters. Then Cesar salads with both ordering Provencial Mussels as the main entree. We top the meal off with their special Devious Triple chocolate cake along with coffee - express and a French press. The food was excellent, service attentive without pressing as we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.

Food was super tasty and the service was great! The restaurant was just a lot louder than we expected. It was hard to converse and hear one another. I’m not sure if it’s because it was a holiday weekend or if it’s always like that. Otherwise it was great!

Another amazing meal at one of my favorite places to eat on Long Island! Waterzooi never disappoints. I've brought multiple friends to try their incredible Belgian cuisine and everyone agrees that the food is delicious, the beer and drink menus are full of great options and service is always impeccable. I can't wait to come back!

Have come here a couple of times in recent months and its consistently good. Very good salads and there is a nice variety of main dishes you can try to keep you coming back. The service is also professional which is getting harder to come by these days.

Food and staff were terrific! Of course the mussels were a highlight! The team made us feel very welcome and brought us a nice dessert to celebrate my daughter's birthday! Overall a great experience...I will be back!

My friend and I met for dinner and were very surprised with how the waiter greeted the other tables and even gave them the specials. We were approached with hello and what can I get you. Then while eating other staff kept asking us if we were done which we clearly weren’t. They never asked us if we wanted more to drink or the refill our waters. We ordered one dessert to share and 2 teas. When I asked for a different tea bag the waiter got angry and he did not bring us plates to share the dessert. Also during the dessert they brought the check but did not wait for us to finished before asking us multiple times if we paid the check. We have been to Waterzooi many times and were disappointed with this experience. The food was delicious but the staff was rude and impatient.
