Beautiful location,great food. I would give 5 stars , however it seemed a bit confusing when we arrived. We had 7 pm dinner reservations and there wasn’t any place to sit and have a cocktail, the bar area was small and full. Outside area was very hot with music playing but nobody was out there. (Too hot) Our server was very efficient, I can’t recall her name. Memorial weekend is always busy, overall very pleasant experience.

Great views and great live band. The food was very pricey for that you get. Kids meal $16 and a soda $4.50. Beers $10 and margaritas $19. Wow

This restaurant is a secret and it should not be. It’s open to the public and it’s outstanding. Our waiter, Zach, was excellent. If you are in the Hill Country try it.

I brought my daughter here for her birthday. As we walked in we were cordially greeted by the hostess. I didn’t get her name but she was very sweet. She sat us upstairs at a window seat looking out on the lake and that made us very happy so we could see the sunset. Before she left she told my daughter Happy Birthday. Our server Lizzy was spectacular and answered our questions about the menu and drinks. She definitely is a keeper there. Crab cakes and the Chips and Dips were on point. My daughter had the Pork Chops and I had the Shrimp. So delicious. After we finished Lizzy brought my daughter out a Strawberry Shortcake for us to enjoy on her special day. We were so full but we had to indulge ourselves. The manager stopped at our table and asked if everything was okay and we said excellent. We definitely had a spectacular experience and highly recommend the Water Front Bar and Grill. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for making this a special experience for my daughter’s birthday. Best wishes

We Loved our food and the table was very cute in the booth or bar area. But we found it difficult to hear each other and were a little pinched to see the water front which is why we came to the restaurant. It appeared that even though we made our reservations a week or more in advance, because we were not hotel guests, we were relegated to the only table left with a porthole view. We were told we could sit outside and pick up our own drink and food when its ready, which was odd. Then we saw an upstairs area with live music which was where most of the diners were taken.

Our server, Lizzy, deserves special recognition for her outstanding service. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Her friendly demeanor and efficiency truly enhanced our evening. I also want to give a shoutout to the manager, Roe, whose presence was felt throughout our meal.
