Our meal was good, but not quite that which I remember that of the Santa Monica location. Service was great, and the ambiance was too.

When I received the check, I was very disappointed. I had the Maine lobster, and prior to ordering, our server explained the available sizes. She clearly mentioned 1 1/4 pound was an option, and I confirmed that was for the Maine lobster and even pointed to it on the menu. She said yes. Therefore, I expected the price to be about $49. When the bill came, it was $66, and when I asked her about it, she said it was because I had ordered the 1 3/4 pound lobster. I said I ordered the 1 1/4 pound lobster but she then said it wasn’t available for the Maine lobster. I know what I heard her tell me when I ordered. The food was great, but this mistake caused the night to end in a bad note. Not happy!

We were in town to see a Concert and staying at Caesars.. Water Grill is a must.. the food was superb and the service was superior.. It was our anniversary, so they had a cute card all signed by the staff and flower petals on the table and comped us a very yummy dessert.. Cant say anymore.. it was awesome.

I had searched the internet for the best seafood in Vegas and many people suggested Water Grill. It was amazing. So fresh. Service was fantastic and staff knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Nicely prepared fish. Not overcooked. Excellent service. Decent wine list. A bit spendy. That's the norm for a decent meal it seems in Vegas.

The food and drinks are excellent just be prepared to pay a hefty price! $180 got us 1 sushi roll, 2 small entrees, a salad to share and 2 drinks. It's Vegas tho so you'll pay no matter where you go for non fast-food

The waiter very knowledgeable about the food, and it was so good! The oysters, scallops, halibut and the best lobster bisque. This was our favorite meal by far!!!!

Service was subpar. The server did come by for at least 10 minutes after we were sat down and another 10 minutes before taking our order. The food was good so there’s that.

For an appitzer we ordered the fried calimari and it was delicious. I ordered the shrimp scampi and my husband ordered the Chilean sea bass and it was very flavorful and fresh. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and was also very friendly. The manager also came over to our table and had a pleasant conversation with us. It was definitely a 5 star restaurant.

Loved it. We shared some apps and a main course. Get the octopus and any of the halibut dishes. Oysters were very fresh as well.

My favorite go to restaurant for all special events. The premium sea food tower rules as does the octopus appetizer. Nice selection of Japanese whiskey and bourbons.

Nice ambiance, great service and the house sour dough rolls with salt flakes were fantastic. At our table we had the mussels, shrimp Louie salad and salmon. Everything was delicious and we will return.

The food was awesome. We had two kids with us. They had a great kids menu and our waitress was exceptional. She treated the kids really really well. We said at the table and played cards for a while, and the manager came by and greeted us. I would suggest this place to anybody.
