We've been to the Water Grill several times over the last two years. This time, ee had two dozen variety oysters, salad, bread, and drinks. We were very pleased with the food and the service - as always.

My husband had the bass and I had the halibut. It was excellent. Will definitely go again when we’re back in Vegas.

Spot prawns and clams are the best combo when ordered together. Ask for exta lemon to drizzle on top. Don't forget to mop up the sauce with the sourdough bread!

Cool place! Hostess at check in was so pretty but snobbish Waitress was super knowledgeable on everything and was very nice but was busy so things took longer My son’s Steak came out charred and over cooked. They brought a new one 20 min later after we had all finished eating Sides were just ok, over priced for the flavor tho Free desert but it was hard and crunchy not very tasty. Our meal and drinks came up to $350?? Not worth that value honestly speaking We will definitely go back but now we just know what to expect and will try different things

Very nice restaurant, the fresh seafood was tasty. Service was great, very friendly and attentive waitress Lyndsay. I personally wasn’t crazy about the sides that came with ny entree, but I had the option to order different sides and didn’t.

The food is always delicious at Water Grill. This time was the same experience. We love it here. Sat inside the dining area at round table. The noise level was louder than usual and the music was turned up. It was hard to hear our table guests. The waiter was very good and thoroughly knowledgeable of the menu. The food was very good.

A very diverse menu with wonderful options. Our meals were prepared perfectly and the food was delicious. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful in making selections. A great place to dine

Don’t ever order the Cioppino! Not a real Cioppino. I spent 10 minutes having use my hands to de-shell over-cooked shrimp and Dungeness Crab that was covered in a tomato base sauce not a broth as in a traditional Coippino. By the time I was done de-shelling my dinner and having to go to the washroom to try and get the seafood smell off my fingers the rest of the table was done eating! I didn’t eat my meal because it was cold by the time I got back to the table. A guest should NEVER have to have to do that much work to be able to eat what it supposed to be a stew! The Shrimp were overcooked and tough. The server and manager went out of their way to make up for it which was much appreciated but they should never have been put in that situation. To use the Servers words to describe some entrees are “interactive”… an entree should not be “interactive” and dining experience should be “interactive” with the others at the table. I love Coippino! I grew up with it in California in San Francisco, Monterey, Newport Beach and San Diego and nowhere did I ever leave with my fingers smelling like Fish! The Water Grill Corporate Chef needs to reengineer or rethink this dish and take it off the menu.

This was a wonderful place to dine. My wife and I went here for our Anniversary. They really took great care of us. The waiter educated us on the different menu items so we could order what we like the best. He was very knowledgeable in all his offerings. WE had such a great time and certainly hope we get to visit again very soon.

The food was excellent. Highly recommend the Chilean Sea Bass. Halibut cheeks as an appetizer were really good. Our waiter and the service he provided was incredible... top notch. Great recommendations from him.

OUTSTANDING! First of all I appreciated your Hostess allowing me to sit where I wanted. Secondly, I was very happy to have Marco again as my Server-he's GREAT! The Tuna appetizer was THE BEST. The Crab Cake ok. Marco recommended the Sea Bass and that was tremendous. I really like your Restaurant! Thank you.

The lobster bisque was outstanding!! Lobster roll was refunded to our ticket as the quite a few pieces of the lobster was overcooked and rubbery. French fries were not crisp. Halibut steak was excellent piece of fish and fabulous. Did not like the sauce on the halibut, was very watery and there was only a small piece of artichoke in the sauce. The cocktails were excellent (especially the mocktail). Service was very good! Will try it again on another visit.

When I received the check, I was very disappointed. I had the Maine lobster, and prior to ordering, our server explained the available sizes. She clearly mentioned 1 1/4 pound was an option, and I confirmed that was for the Maine lobster and even pointed to it on the menu. She said yes. Therefore, I expected the price to be about $49. When the bill came, it was $66, and when I asked her about it, she said it was because I had ordered the 1 3/4 pound lobster. I said I ordered the 1 1/4 pound lobster but she then said it wasn’t available for the Maine lobster. I know what I heard her tell me when I ordered. The food was great, but this mistake caused the night to end in a bad note. Not happy!

We were in town to see a Concert and staying at Caesars.. Water Grill is a must.. the food was superb and the service was superior.. It was our anniversary, so they had a cute card all signed by the staff and flower petals on the table and comped us a very yummy dessert.. Cant say anymore.. it was awesome.
