Wano NYC sincerely appreciates your time and support. Beginning May 14th, we are delighted to introduce our "Kinji's Counter Omakase" Menu. Chef Kinji Eto, formerly of Kanesaka, a Two Michelin Star Restaurant in Tokyo Ginza, will showcase his interpretation of "edomae style" cuisine featuring local and Japanese fish. Seating will be limited to 8 guests per session. The course will include two hand rolls, an appetizer, 9 pieces of nigiri, and conclude with dessert.
