Very convenient location downtown. Food and service were good. It was a little loud. Also, you could tell they were short staffed. Our server was attentive. But, had too many tables to cover.

We had the beef tips and risoto, and this was excellent. Our friends had the chicken parmesan, and they said it was good. We asked for rolls, and they brought a basket of very good warm rolls. The crew was also very aware of time so we could get to the symphony without our mentioning it. We definitely will be back.

Was there for our 2nd Easter brunch. This year wasn’t the greatest. No shrimp or prime rib which is what we were looking forward to mostly. Our bad for not looking at the menu but didn’t think those items would be excluded. Not too many guests but I did find that I had to search hard on line to see if they even had it this year. Servers and staff were excellent. The carving station had a ham which was good and one of my friends said she thought she read pork loin. It was clearly beef and very salty. The inside was cooked perfectly and very tender without the salt. Dessert table was mediocre. All in all it was good. But next year we will look at the menu before making a reservation.

Reservations were for 5:30. Drink order did not come to table until 6:10, food didn’t come until 7:10. Did not have enough staff for diners coming prior to theater show across the street!

Food was embarrassingly under seasoned. Food took for ever and our waitress didn’t address any of it. She was super nice the few times she came around but overall I would never go back. To boot the meal for four was over $200.

My friend and I ate at Walker's before the symphony and the food was delicious. I had the short ribs with horseradish mashed potatoes and green beans and it was all very tasty. My companion had a side salad and grilled shrimp which she really liked. Our server was Dianne and she was great. She was serving quite a few tables but everyone got their food and bills in time to get to the symphony. The food and service has improved a great deal from the past. Good job Walker's keep it up.

Ambience was good. Server was attentive, Entree’ was excellent…but, VERY PRICEY!!! Menu was A La Carte only.

Everything was just middle of the road fine. We had a late reservation as open table said nothing available until 7:45 yet tons of table available when we got there, pretty sure we could of got in earlier and pretty sure no reservation was needed. Ordered salad to start, yet all the food came out at the same time. Food was ok but a little underwhelming for the price. Gave it a chance but would not go again.

The menu on line was not the menu we saw when we got there. The whole experience was over priced. The menu had one price and we were charged a higher price. We will not be back

Made a reservation, got a reminder 24 hours ahead of time of confirmed reservation. Got to restaurant at confirmed day and time but it was closed. Unacceptable!!!

On a Saturday night one of the best restaurants in Muskegon was not busy! Why not? Where is everybody? Walkers is a gem! Wonderful food, delicious drinks, exceptional service, beautiful holiday ambiance. Get yourselves down there and experience it!

The food was amazing, the staff extremely friendly, the wine pairings worked perfectly. One of the best dining experiences we've had.

We've eaten at Walker's several times when attending a show at The Frauenthal. It's an easy place to eat and then walk across the street to the show. We have not always had the fastest service, but I've learned to make a reservation early enough to plan for slower service, if that happens. Food is great, atmosphere is great. Seems a bit pricey to me, but my guests with me thought the prices were very reasonable.

I’ve ordered the daily special at restaurants because it’s a special for a reason. The prime beef stroganoff was disappointing. The meat was tough, some fatty pieces and some gristle pie.

We were there at 3pm so late in the serving times. Turkey breast was kind of dry. I also prefer dark meat of the turkey. All in all it was good.

Best Thanksgiving buffet that I have ever been to. Staff was wonderful and accommodating and the food was WONDERFUL!!! Can't wait to make our reservations for next Thanksgiving!!

The atmosphere was nice. We had a good charcuterie board which was reasonably priced. Our salads were an under dressed with dressing. Kept waiting for our server to return so we could request additional dressing. Finally, one in our party requested service from another server. Other than that the experience was fine.

The martini I had was great. My daughter's vegetable rissoto was very good. My pork medallions were too spicy for me. I expected honey mustard glaze to be thinner and not so spicy. The creme brulee was excellent. Best I've had anywhere. Service was a little slow. Had to find our waitress to pay our bill, she had brought it but never came back to cash us out. I would recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere and bar service. When ordering food, the menu on the website was totally different than the menu at the restaurant. Didn't have time to question why. We were going to the concert at the theatre that night and did not have time.

We had a waitress whom obviously had a problem serving children and seemed annoyed the entire time. When my seven year old asked if her soup was almost ready she replied “I don’t know because I don’t work in the kitchen” this attitude continued the entire meal

We attended the Mothers Day Brunch. The restaurant served the food in the banquet room. The selection was good but the service was terrible. It was a buffet, so we served ourselves. We did not have a waitress come to our table until 50 minutes into our meal. We finally received iced tea a few minutes before we left. We never saw her again. Finally, we got up and left. We asked the hostess (who was sitting outside of the room) how do we pay? She said your waitress is to bring us our bill. She asked what table we were seated and I showed her. The table was still full of our used dishes (at least 10 minutes later). She went into the back and I continued to wait another 5 another minutes -the waitress came out with our bill. We won’t be returning.

Mother's Day Brunch food was terrible. I would have sent back the food if it had been served to me at Denny's. No Bloody Mary available at a brunch? Main table was set up awkwardly, with one of 4 entrees facing the wrong direction.

When I made the reservation, I didn't know that the restaurant was in a hotel. Despite that, the food was good, the service was wonderful and the final bill was less than I expected. It was also very close to our concert venue, which was fantastic! We'd go again.

This was their Easter Dinner buffet so it was in a ballroom. Not quite as nice for atmosphere, but they laid out the tables very nicely with amazing selections. Food was all prepared very well.. Shrimp was tender and tasty, the carved prime rib, delicious and the ham was also so good. Thanks so much for making our holiday gathering comfortable and relaxed.

Meal was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Service and food was much improved over previous visits. I had Shrimp and Grits - was very good. My friend had the Salmon and said it was the best she has had. Look forward to our next visit.

Good, will come again! Coq au vin was good. Waitress was very good! Place is really nice and convenient to the Frauenthal and downtown venues.

First impressions can be everything. I was completely blown away by Walker's. Without a doubt, I will be returning. The food was decadent and the atmosphere was divine. The staff were polite and coordinated. The live violinists may have been a Valentine's special. Either way, they completed a memorable experience. Thank you for the great first impression.

We had the rabbit and it was amazing! Best we have ever had. The Smokeyness of the meat was perfect. The sauce was not too heavy or too light. The vegetables and wild rice were perfect companions. And they earthiness of the wild mushrooms, perfect. The meat was fall of the bone, melt in your mouth. If you think you do not or would not like rabbit this a must dish. It will change your mind.
