We went for the sake pairings tasting menu and we were not disappointed. The sake was fantastic and the food was good as well. The bang bang cauliflower definitely stole the show, followed by the chicken udon, chicken gyoza, crispy tuna rice, and pork belly and apple bao. The sake cocktails were delicious! I’d definitely go again to check out their regular menu.

I like my spice so it wasn’t really upto Asian standards but the food was good. Nice bar area and ambiance.

Food was outstanding. We did the sake pairing experience menu and I enjoyed each meal that came out. The cocktails and sakes paired well with each meal. Where the experience fell short was the service. It took about 15 minutes before someone arrived at our table and there wasn’t much of an explanation on the sake pairing experience (luckily we watched a video on this experience but explaining it to new patrons would have been helpful). The first round of food and drinks came out fairly quickly; after that, it took about 30-45 minutes before receiving the next menu item and drink pairing. After the 4th round, we asked for the last item to-go, as this took longer than expected. If you want to go for the dining experience, I recommend IF you have plenty of time - it took us almost 4 hours for this dining experience due to the slow service.

The $40 tasting menu is a steal! Great options and is honestly too much food to eat. Get a box and have lunch the next day.

This was the worst service I’ve had at a restaurant in years. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to our table before we had to ask the bartender who then was kind enough to serve us even though it wasn’t his section. They weren’t busy and everyone was clueless. We went for the tasting menu and no one knew if there was dairy in them since I have an allergy. We ordered 2 appetizers that tasted like they were just frozen. We will not be back.

Food was just okay and quite expensive. Service was terrible. We waited very long for our drinks to be brought to us. Stared at them waiting at the bar for almost 30 minutes. We finished our food before the drinks even arrived.

I had a disappointing experience at Wagamama Dallas last night. Initially, everything started off nicely—the ambiance was pleasant and the food was decent. However, by the end of the evening, things took a turn for the worse. As the restaurant was closing down, a waiter approached our table in a very rude manner. He did not introduce himself or inform us that the restaurant was closing. Instead, he abruptly asked how we were paying, either cash or card. This lack of communication was extremely unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome. Had we been informed that the restaurant was closing, we would have gladly left without any fuss. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the training of the wait staff. Overall, it was a poor experience and I do not recommend spending your money here. The restaurant needs to do much better in terms of customer service and staff training. 0/10

The staff was super friendly, I was waiting for a friend to join me, and they were attentive and kept me some company. They explained how quickly and fresh the food comes out and they weren’t exaggerating! There were so many dishes to choose from and everything we decided on was delicious. Definitely going back

It was pretty empty on my visit. Looked like a bartender, manager, and 2 servers. The manager did immediately seat us. We waited about 7/8 minutes. We were able to decide what we wanted in that time. He did immediately bring waters. He took our order we ordered appetizers first. Then mains, my bfs main dish came out first. Then one of our appetizers. Then my main then the last appetizer. We had to ask for water refills each time, sometimes he would only refill one then we’d have to ask again. There were several dirty tables near us that never really got cleaned the hour or so we were there. The food was good not great. The parking was a bit confusing as well. Not sure if we will be back. The sweet potato appetizer with brisket was the best thing we had. I think sitting at the bar would be better service. She brought us our drink, and was very polite and was helping the servers with things.
