We had Mother’s Day dinner at The Vue and truly enjoyed this place. Jordan was our server and he was so friendly and welcoming. He even ran downstairs to the lobby to get my son a cup of coffee-fantastic customer service! Appetizers and entrees were really yummy. Loved the views too!

The views are amazing, however, the service was not great. The server did not realize we were in her section until another server pointed it out to her. The shrimp appetizer were amazing but the main meal was too salty. The drinks were not great either. There was also a party going on in the room adjacent to the restaurant and it was extremely loud. Overall, I did not feel the price was worth it.

The restaurant has a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. The food was delightful. We like the fact that we don’t have to leave the property to have dinner. It took a while to get our highly-priced cocktails but that was the only complaint we had.

Although it was a gorgeous view, the food was not good, and the service was lacking very hard to find a server when you needed them I would go back for a drink and the view but not to eat

Service was exceptional. Food not so much. Steak and red mashed potatoes were great, the kids pasta, potato soup and salmon was just ok. The deserts were terrible, the churro ice cream Sunday was stale, the crème brûlée was tiny and tasteless, the only decent one was the bread pudding, For around $100 per person we expected a little better quality food

We made a reservation here and when we arived, no one greeted us. After waiting and waiting for someone to greet us, we finally sat ourselves at the only large table, as we were the only large party. 30 minutes went by, in which we were completely ignored. Many wait staff walked by us during this time, no one even remotely acknowledged us. Water, we could forget about. Menus? Nope. Finally one of us got up and asked the staff if anyone would be serving us tonight. Finally someone came, and she proceeded to tell us she’s not sure how we got a reservation and that they wouldn’t accommodate us. Did they think to share this with us during the 30 minutes we sat there being ignored? No. Or at any point after us making the reservation earlier that day prior to us arriving? No. They offered us a limited menu that had appetizers only, to which we got up and left as we were starving. We would never recommend anyone to this restaurant and hope that future families can avoid this fiasco. We went to Sauce on The Blue, where we were greeted happily and accommodated immediately and the food and service was incredible.

Over all our experience was good. We were disappointed by not being able to order coffee or hot tea. The manager was very good at handling our concerns. We will return to the Vue again.

We had a very pleasant time. The food and atmosphere was good. The one problem was that we had the lamb pop appetizer, and we had had it before, but this time they were overcooked. we wanted medium rare and it was closer to medium well.

We made our reservation and arrived to find the host stand vacant. We waited for five minutes and no one came so we walked into the restaurant and stood waiting for another few minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Looking around, there was perhaps 50% of the tables in use. Not busy enough with a team of five or six to not be able to acknowledge guests. Then the hostess comes over and couldn’t remember the number in our party and we had to explain that the four of us standing there would not be able to fit at a table set for three. So we sit at our table. She gives us one drink menu and two food menus… for four people. Then a guy fills our water glasses but says nothing to us at all. We sat for over twenty minutes waiting for anyone to come to the table to take a drink order at least. Yet every employee in that restaurant except the bartender made eye contact with me at one point during the time we were there or while we were getting up to leave to go somewhere else because we had been completely ignored. No one stopped us to ask why we were leaving. It was clear that tonight on a slow night for this restaurant, no one cared.

Our waitress was amazing. My 3 year old only wanted cheeseballs but kitchen said they were out. He was crying and didn't want to try anything else. She was very patient with him, even made him a special shirley temple. She went back and talked with them and they had enough for half an order so they made them and brought them out right away. It took him a while to calm down enough to try them but once he did he was so happy! All our food was excellent. Would definitely recommend

Nice people. Ordered steaks that were delicious. But, sold out of 35% of menu items. Rooftop veranda was closed (which is why we came frankly). It could be an awesome space if utilized properly. Why not outfit it with heat lamps? Service was so so.

The first thing you have to know is that it is a restaurant inside the hotel. The food is good, not extraordinary. It's a small place. reservation is necessary. Unfortunately the service did not go well for us, we waited 1.30 hrs. to serve us. I had already read this difficulty but I didn't think it was real. not worth it. The manager was good, he gave us a discount only on food.

We stayed in Keystone for a ski trip and looked for some alternative places to dine versus the resort, so we found this nice rooftop restaurant on top of the hotel. When we arrived, the staff seated us right away. We had a reservation but it was early at 4 PM so it might have had three or four other folks. We wanted to get there early because the sunset was at 4:30 and wow the view was absolutely amazing. They have gas fire pits outside on the balcony but it really was too cold for us to dine outside. We had a great server, Kerrie, who stayed on top of things throughout our experience. Also, the bartender, Ashley, was a really big help with getting us the right bottle of wine and after-dinner coffee. The food was excellent and we got the chance to meet the head chef who was very helpful at getting our meals the way we liked. We would definitely return here, probably in the summer to get the views and food that this place has to offer. Highly recommend!

No view. Very limited tables. Basically a bar with bar food.

Great venue! Beautiful views, and the ambiance (noise level) was very nice - unlike too many places where the "music" is WAY too loud. Food was good, but nachos with canned cheese were disappointing. I know the chef can do better. Service was excellent. Beer choices were not impressive for a county with ten breweries. Other 4 members of our party were all very favorably impressed with their food selections. Appetizers were all very nice. Overall the venue is very nice and impressive. We look forward to many returns in the future.

This restaurant is located in a Homewood Suites but the top floor view is nice. The ambiance is nice and it is not too fancy. Our server was very nice and attentive, however the bar staff was rude. When I sent a drink back because it was not made correctly, the bartender had some attitude about it, which was completely unnecessary. I had ordered a gin martini and specifically said, "I would like olives, but I don't want it that dirty. Just barely any hint of dirty". It came out pretty murky so before I even tasted it, I sort of knew it would be dirtier than I wanted. I tried it, and it wasn't what I wanted, so I just asked that it be remade. My friend asked if the drink would be tossed and when the waiter said yes, she asked if she could have the olives out of it. He obliged but when my replacement drink was brought, there was no olives. I went to the bar to ask for two and the bartender was snarky and said "Was THIS ONE okay for you?" I let her know that it was, but again, that attitude and facial expression wasn't necessary.

Nice ambiance. Great view of the city, the lake and the sunset. Very good food.

The kitchen needs some training. My med rare prime rib had no pink at all. The broccoli was not even close to acceptable. Thick under cooked stocks that was supposed to be broccolini but was not. Also, the plates our salad were on were out of the warmer hot not chilled.

Go somewhere else for a view. Food and service not worth it here.

Beautiful view, great atmosphere. The food we ordered was excellent. Drinks were a little pricey, but it's typical for a mountain restaurant.

The staff seemed very unprepared for a Saturday night. We made a reservation and arrived a few minutes early. Although friendly- we did not /were not able to order until 30 minutes after we arrived. The food was decent but the ambiance was strange. One of the staff was running around the room clapping and speaking very loudly. We had a positive experience at the hotel as we left. We stopped to grab bottles of water and the front desk staff asked if we were Hilton Rewards members and when we said yes and showed our Hilton honors card she gave us 4 bottles of water and thanked us for trying the restaurant.

View and setting was casual and beautiful. Great place for happy hour/lunch. Drinks were good.We didn’t order a lot of food so can’t give a full review about that but what we got was good. There is quite a language barrier with wait staff/hostess. We had a reservation. We sat outside, sun was so hot so we asked if we could go inside. There were plenty of tables available and we were told no. Then about 5 minutes later I think the host understood and sat us inside so that was nice and accommodating. Just weird to be told no at first. We also ordered a sandwich that we never received. When we asked the waitress if she put it in, she told us we didn’t order it. When indeed we did. She may not of understood our order due to language barrier. Anyway overall good experience, will come back. Just think the service is impaired d/t the barrier!

Menu had handwritten notes and corrections, wrinkled and soiled. Vegan and vegetarian were incorrect or mixed up. Not a great first impression. View is the reason to go
