Food was good but service was lacking. Too much to list that went wrong and not much right from pouring water all over the table cloth, serving old coffee and requesting water 3 times…. And that’s not everything. They have some kinks to work out with wait staff

We waited an hour for entrees, they ignored a request for a member of the party with disabilities, and we were given 3 incorrect dishes. Food quality was good but due to the lapses in service I can’t recommend this restaurant.

I’ve been eating here for years. So said that on a Thursday night only 3-4 tables including mine For some reason they can’t seem to keep staff. This after years of having a wonderful hostel and wonderful waiters. Now there is always someone new being trained I brought a friend who had never been there He liked it but didn’t rave. Hope they can make it snd things improve

Vivo is the place to go... for great food, great service, great atmosphere! Plenty of parking. Staff is energetic and lively. We love coming here and cant wait until the next event to have at Vivo!

How do you have an Easter Brunch and not have an Easter bunny for the kids to take pictures? Not even one mimosa included? Doubt I’d ever return for any holiday brunches.

Menus and Experience never included an Easter Bunny or Mimosa. Excellent experience at Vivo, everything was perfect down to my perfectly made iced tea…the only thing off was the choice of music playing. Skid Row, Bon Jovi, 80s metal rock bands, etc for such ambiance and dinner at such a beautiful restaurant doesn’t work. It won’t stop me from going back though!

Service could definitely be better. Food was great. I was expecting a little more decorations since it was Valentine’s Day. Overall experience was ok but, like I said definitely service needs improvement.

Another wonderful meal. Have never been disappointed. Beautiful Restaurant and the noise level is very low and had a great time talking with our friends. The service was extraordinary and very attentive as usual. Highly recommend

Service was terrible. Waitress forgot us. Took an hour to get a menu, almost two hours to get our first drinks. Complained to the manager multiple times. You’re thinking why didn’t we leave? Well we had a New Year’s Eve prefix dinner with open bar. Long story short, never coming back.

Lovely ambience, servers although young, were pleasant and helpful. We purposefully came early(6:30) on NYE not yet crowded and a table by the fire. Just lovely. The food was slightly disappointing I ordered the chicken dish. Chicken was dry and squash dripping with oil. That being said, we had a lovely evening ,we will return and highly recommend this resturant.

Definitely 5 stars, the food is amazing, the atmosphere is beautiful and the staff is very attentive. I would highly recommend! This is our second year attending the Santa brunch and we love it! Our daughter always has an amazing time and we enjoy taking pictures with Santa, his elves and the Grinch.

My wife and I enjoyed a brunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary at VIVO. We had held our reception there--a worthwhile venue. The food was excellent and the service, too, from the maitre'd to the waitress to the "bus" person. They were very attentive and supportive of our celebration, including by taking pictures of us.

Nice neighborhood restaurant. Natalia, our server, was on point and very pleasant. The only suggestion I would make is that they have more specials, and the ones that they do have, stock adequate inventory to last through the night.

Had a lovely dinner at Vivo last night. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and our server was so sweet to bring us champagne. The food was excellent, very nicely presented, drinks delicious. The service was outstanding. And everything was very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Exceptional! They were about to close and even stayed open for me and my family. It was a special moment. The calamari was nice, crispy and well prepared. My husband have the braised short ribs he says it was the best thing. I have eggplant parm and it was worth it. The mozza cheese lay on it perfectly. The tartufo was everything to end the night. The ambiance is very elegant

We went for Sunday brunch. Service and food were very good with ample breakast and lunch options. Wish the bloody mary was part of the brunch. Property is beautiful.

Went for the first time based on a suggestion from my partner. We asked for bar seating. Ordered a variety of dishes and a bottle of wine. Everything was ok, thought the octopus was over cooked and somewhat tough, but not enough to send back…that is until a waitress behind the bar knocked over my full glass of wine directly onto my lap, soaking my pants and shirt. While she was understandably apologetic and flustered…the only thing the bartender and waitress did was to offer me a bunch of dry napkins. There was no offer to pay for the cleaning bill for my soaked clothes, no offer to replace the full glass of spilt wine or an apology from management for the accident or any kind of recompense for the soaked clothes and obviously horrible experience. When the bill came, we were charged the full amount with no compensation for lost wine or even an offer for a free dessert or cleaning bill, let alone any discount on our bill… We were instead met with obvious inconsideration and zero accountability from the bartender (who served us) and the manager. Given their haughty demeanor and the restaurant’s purported reputation for upscale service…this disdain and lack of accountability makes it hard for me to award the restaurant with anything except a failing grade. It was an overall very negative experience and I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant. Disappointing and ruined Saturday night…

I love this restaurant! My sister and I frequently meet at Vivo as it is equidistant to each of our homes. We've never had complaints. The service, food, ambience is always amazing, and it is impeccably clean. We are treated royally and can sit for as long as we want and never feel rushed. This review should have been submitted a long time ago. Thank you Vivo for being our favorite restaurant!
