We were really disappointed. Poor service and not so great food. I had the smoked turkey sandwich which was dry and mostly bread. You would think for a BBQ place it would have a generous portion of meat, not so. My wife had the chili and it was lukewarm. Our server changed half way through our meal. I honestly can’t remember the last time we had an experience this bad. To the management I’m not looking for a free meal. Please take this honest feedback as a gift so the next guests have a great experience. We are Carmines regulars and visited here because we got a bounce back coupons from Carmines. Sorry we won’t be back.

The food was delicious. Service great. We went on a rainy cold evening and unfortunately we were really cold and the only solution was to close one side of the curtains instead of closing the door. With that said, we still enjoyed our first visit to Virgil’s and would definitely go again.

Great location for people watching. Service was prompt and friendly. Have eaten here a few times and the food is consistently delicious. I would recommend if anyone is interested in BBQ and doesn't want to stray to far from the strip.

Service was spectacular but the brisket and cornbread was on the dry side. With sauce the brisket was fine but the bread needs butter. It’s loud for conversation but the dj is great and the music good.

The server was excellent. Very attentive. Food was served with ample portions with good smokey flavor. The brisket was smokey and tender; however, it just a bit too much fat for our liking. The ribs were smokey and tender as well. Greens were good but a bit vinegary. The mac n cheese was a bit watery, like boxed sauce. Overall, the meat was the star of the show. The sides were just OK.

Kinda disappointed actually the sauce was heavy on the pulled pork and with the slaw on top it made it sloppy to handle. The potato salad was below average plain and simple. Try adding horseradish and a little vinegar and dill otherwise no flavour. To be honest I wasn’t that impressed with the options. More rib styles would have been nicer. Too bad to didn’t try the Memphis ribs I’m curious on how your rib rub tasted. A baker and culinary chocolatier visiting from Canada

Food was excellent. My wife and I both had the brisket sandwich. The fries were perfectly crispy with just the right amount of salt. It was quite loud inside so we decided to eat outside which worked out well.

Great BBQ right on the strip. I think between the 5 of us we sampled everything and it was all (meats and sauces) delicious. Also loved the apple pie.

They do not go light on the meat. Portion size is great. Prices are what you can expect for BBQ and Vegas. Service was good. Make a reservation and you’ll get seated right away. Convenient location close to The Linq, Harrah’s, etc. service was good and friendly. Order and get your food super fast. BBQ sauce was decent, nothing super notable about it but good nonetheless. Sides were good, decent beer and cocktail list.

Nice service. But the toilets were over-flowing and dirty. The food was satisfactory but the brisket quite tough and not melt in the mouth as it should be. Sent back one cocktail as it was dreadful, the replacement was much better though. Sides were basic except the Brussel sprouts which had had some care and attention - they were tasty. Overall mediocre.

The food was generally amazing! My partner and I shared the Pig Out platter with mac n cheese and brussel sprouts and we also added collard greens. Everything was fabulous except the chicken on the platter. It was dry and not super flavourful. Alex, our server was awesome. We sat outside and they had heaters going which was welcome. Try this place without fear. I am a very fussy eater and even if my personal preferences run a bit differently at points, there is really nothing to complain about at all.

A great BBQ restaurant/bar on the strip. Nothing fancy, but good brisket, pork ribs,& other smoked dishes. Even the mashed potatoes & brussel sprouts tasted smoky. Nice comfortable place with nice people, reasonable prices, we will return.

Our server Danielle was amazing! Her recommendations were spot on. I even went off the rails of her recommendations and she was right, I didn’t like it. My favorite was the catfish bites! Will definitely be back again.
