I had a 0615 reservation and the lounge was not even open. I went back at 0630 and it was still not open. I have always had great service with excellent food every time I have visited this lounge, but please do not accept reservations when the lounge is not even open at the time of the reservation.

They didn’t let us in because “we stopped working with OpenTable a while ago”. Outrageous!

We arrived at lounge and were told we had NO reservation because they don’t work with OpenTable. Thanks for NOT notifying me

First time visit. Got to the airport early spent two and a half hours there. Not worth the price at all. Buffet food was blah. Overcrowded, kids running around yelling, Only one person waiting on people and the bathrooms were less than desirable. It was quieter at the gate and the admission cost would have gone a long way towards better food.

Well, I made a reservation on Open Table and they informed me they didn't take Open Table reservations. But they sat us anyway even though they were totally full. They sat us at a nice couch with table. It was totally worth the 45.00 per person. We had some cocktails, food and they gave us bottles if water. The service is excellent!!! I found out if you have certsin credit cards its free to get in. So I got one for our next visit. I totally reccomend to make a reservation for the VIP lounge. The T3 terminal is crowded and miserable. It is a nice ending to a vacation.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and had our reservation at hand. They acknowledged our note that it was our 10th anniversary. Nice touch. We were promptly seated and were able to order a refreshing Mimosa right away. As with most lounges, it was very crowded and we overheard them telling people without reservations that there was at least a 15 wait to be seated. Thank goodness for Open Table! The food was good and served nicely. I think my only complaint was that it was hot and stuffy and not enough toilets for the number of people served.

Excellent experience booking through OpenTable in advance. Overall this lounge has greatly improved since before COVID. Much calmer vibe, better food, drinks and service.

Nice Lounge. I guess my one particularly notable issue is the horrendous wait times to access this lounge. Prior to my finding out about arranging a prior reservation using OpenTable the wait time would be an excess of 1.5 hours. My wife and I accessed the lounge at 1 PM Jan 9, 2023. When we arrived the lounge, there were at least 50 people waiting in line to gain entry. Thankfully, we had no issues whatsoever bypassing the line and announcing our prior reservation at the front desk. The staff managing Reservations at the main desk were very nice and professional The lounge is neat and organized with attentive staff. The variety and quality of food is among the best I’ve had, as well as the variety of drinks at the bar. We will return. The staff managing the floor for food and drinks were also very nice and professional. Juan in particular
