Highly reccomend for a higherend culinary experience but in a more relaxed atmosphere. Everything from the bar to the food was exceptional.

The bison flat iron steak was amazing. So were the gorgonzola mashed potatoes. My friend had the pork and really enjoyed it too. Service was great. There was a private party going on so it was probably noisier than mormal. Good ambience.

This is a very nice place to go for meeting friends, or a nice date night. We always enjoy seeing Lila and her friendly staff. The food is excellent and the cocktails 🍸 are delicious.

Really enjoyed my birthday dinner. The owners came out to introduce themselves and made sure my dinner was going well and if we needed anything else. The food was spectacular. We have to go back and make it a regular outing.

I have seen this restaurant on OpenTable quite a few times and I’m so mad at myself that I haven’t been before. Everything was amazing. The wine recommendations and the service were amazing and the food was perfect.

My girlfriend, and I had a wonderful time! The food was great. Our server was amazing. The owners were very hospitable and welcoming. And, of course, the wine was wonderful!

We enjoyed our dining experience! We were treated like guests in Lila and Michael’s home. The menu had something for everyone. And the wine list was extensive.

Lilia and Michael are amazing hosts. Everytime I dine at vintage 61 it’s like going to a dinner party with old friends. Amazing food craft cocktails and a nice staff and cozy environment.

We found this place looking up restaurants to try in the Treasure Valley. Wow what a find. Great place with delicious charcuterie appetizer and delicious main entrees. Steaks and fish were perfect. Good wine and cocktail selection and great service. A gem in the Valley that is a must try and will now be a great go to on our list.

We had such a lovely evening. The only thing we didn’t like was when it was over! We can’t wait to go back! The staff makes you feel invited and comfortable! The food was delicious. We were there on a Thursday with Andrew Chapelle, that was a treat too!

Exceeding expectations and a wonderful way to spend an evening with my wife and good friends. The staff was attentive, friendly, professional, energetic, and concerned for the happiness of their customers. The food and wine selection/recommendation was exemplary, with an excellent cost to experience value. Yes, the venue was noisy, but it was the noise of friends and family enjoying each other's company. It is not a quiet romantic setting, but one of overall enjoyment. Reservations are suggested as Vintage 61 was enjoying a full house. Highly recommend experiencing this local establishment.

Love this place! Best restaurant in Meridian, the owners are incredible people (Michael and Lila) and Chef Costa is always sending out incredible and creative dishes. We love the atmosphere and great food, and great staff! Wine selection is incredible and even have a full bar. This place is a must try for sure.

A lovely experience every time. The filet mignon was perfect with subtle hints of Gorgonzola (as I feel it should always be). The bison short ribs from the special valentines menu were yummy. A great date night with fantastic wine and service!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Vintage 61 is a hidden gem of Meridian. Lila (the owner) is truly the best along with every staff member there. Not only is the service always top notch- the food and wine selection is the best in town. Always fresh and always amazing. Def one of our top go to spots! Xoxox.

This was our first rime dining at Vintage 61 and it was wonderful. The restaurant filled up shortly after arriving and our table was ready when we walked in. The owner, Michael greeted us warmly and seated us. Our waiter Tiffany was prompt and attentive and very friendly. We ordered the Prix Fixe meal and the food was delicious. We both had the very flavorful French onion soup, while I had the bison short ribs and my wife had the seafood risotto. This was followed by dessert and a second glass of sparkling wine. I didn’t know fine dining of this quality was available in downtown Meridian and we will definitely be back. We had a very enjoyable Valentines dinner thanks to Michael and Vintage 61.

Service and Food were wonderful. We were not sat in the main dining room so my experience being sat in a back room in a corner was not what I'd hoped for. We will return.

Valentines at Vintage 61 was a must! Vintage 61 has been our consistently favorite restaurant since it opened. With friendly staff (Tenielle is our fave!) and attentive owners (Lyla and Michael) and a wonderful atmosphere where they never rush you- you truly can relax and feel like family! The Food is outstanding and always creative. They keep it fresh with new specials from Chef Costa. Their new liquor license is also a great addition to have a full bar! Having a husband who went culinary school we have become quite the foodies and this is the best Meridian has to offer without question. Thank you Vintage 61!

We dined on Valentine’s Day and had amazing service throughout the night and the food was amazing too. They had a prefixed menu starting with the rosé and French onion soup. My wife had the lobster and scallop risotto and I had the short ribs over pasta. Ended with the flourless chocolate cake paired with a dessert wine. We’ve been multiple times and have had a great experience every time and will continue coming in the future. Thank you for a great evening.

Was really hoping this would be a great spot in Meridian but sadly no. The owners were very friendly and personable, which was very nice. Waitress Kenna was happy and upbeat. Service however was super slow. It was Valentine’s Day, but there were open tables so it wasn’t overly busy. Took a while to get drinks and order. We ordered the “Calamari Steak” and when it finally arrived we were shocked. Looked like 4 fish sticks from a bag of frozen food that had been microwaved. Tasted the same. I ordered the Petite Filet with Gorgonzola mashed potatoes with prawns and my wife ordered the scallops. Took an unbelievably long time for the food to arrive. Steak was cooked to medium rare as ordered, however there was no flavor at all. The outside was charred and appeared to have not been seasoned with anything. The mashed potatoes were just mashed potatoes, no Gorgonzola at all. Wilted brocolini was overdone. Prawns were ok. Scallops were fine as well. Ordered dessert to try to make the most of it. Again, long wait time for a chocolate lava cake that tasted like what you would buy at the grocery store in the frozen food section. No “lava” at all. All in all, for the price point, very disappointing

Service was friendly and attentive. Menu had a wide variety of excellent options from meat, seafood and pasta. Full wine and cocktail bar. Everything was excellent. Prices are a little high for the area but what isn’t getting expensive these days.

My husband and I went here for dinner. The owners greet you themselves and actually converse with you. The food and wine were amazing. Loved our waitress. It was a great experience and we will definitely be going more often.

One of the best meals we have found in Boise. Everything was delicious. I got the angus stuffed burger and my girlfriend got the Prawn linguini. We also got the roasted garlic spread. The owner is so nice and checked on us several times. He even gave us some champagne because we were celebrating our anniversary.

We dined on a Friday night our 1st time to dine at Vintage 61, which was crowded and as the tables filled, it got impossible to hear each other without shouting. One of us must eat food without gluten, so we were pleasantly surprised to find more choices for us then most of the eateries in this area. Everyone was very nice and the food was delicious but expensive. We will dine there again but perhaps earlier to avoid crowds. We would not invite guests to join us on weekend nights due to the level of noise. Hopefully the owners will someday find a quieter and spacious place without most of the tables on top of each other. Again we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Hats off to the chefs!!

What an amazing find! Cute home turned cozy (not too cozy, plenty of room) atmosphere, really top shelf food and service. Plus! They have music Thursdays and Saturday nights. Every restaurant I frequent, I will try the Caesar salad. Theirs is top notch. Great flavor! Creamy but not overpowering. Really excellent. I had the pork which can be tough and not only was it seared beautifully but it was moist and tender. Since I couldn’t finish it - I ordered too many things to try - even microwaved the next day, it was STILL moist. Highly recommend - if that wasn’t obvious enough. I’ll definitely be back!
