We had reservations and initially had to wait to be seated in the back in a tiny room... not the ambience we were going to a nice restaurant for. Then waited 20 minutes for a waiter to take our order. then it took 30 minutes to get our drinks. when we asked how long the food would be the waiter was very rude. There was clearly a lack of communication and management cause the servers were bringing food to the wrong tables... our food was even placed on someone else's table before ours... didn't even say sorry. Will not be coming back here. There is much better Italian restaurant with better service in San Diego. The Aperol spritz was okay.

While the food and vibe was was great, we had really bad service, our waiter was not attentive to our table at all, when we asked for water he rolled his eyes and never brought us our water so another waitress saw our water glass empty and came to fill up our glasses, when it came down to paying he just tossed our check on the table then we asked if we could split it and he brought out the machine and when we put no tip he grabbed the machine out of our hands very abruptly even though we left him a cash tip on the table on our way out

The decor is so pretty, down to every detail! Overall a bit pricey but the food and drinks were really good.

Came here for the first time on a Thursday night with some friends. Our food was delicious, drink service from the bar was quick each time we ordered another round, and our serve was extremely attentive. We will absolutely be back!

First time visiting under the new name after several years of dining here under its previous name. I had a celebration lunch reservation for 8 planned for at least two weeks and we were put in the ugly back room. I chose the restaurant for the beautiful and fun main room atmosphere so I was highly disappointed. My prosciutto barratta sandwich was 90% barrata and I asked everyone else in my party how their food was and everyone said “just okay.” Sadly this will no longer be our fun and yummy go-to.

I’m definitely excited to try Vincenzo again once they have found their bearings! They were short staffed when we visited and with them being new service was a bit slow which was understandable. It took about 20 min to get service but our waiter was extremely friendly, helpful, and offered a wine refill on the house to make up for it without us asking or complaining which was greatly appreciated. For food we shared the truffle mushroom pasta wheel, asparagus, grilled chicken, and the meatball lollipops. Everything was delicious except for the lollipops being a bit underwhelming. They lacked flavor in both the meat and sauces and it didn’t seem like a homemade dish. I would definitely come back, I think there’s a lot of room for improvement with them just getting started and they have a great location and venue!

Food and drinks were excellent and restaurant is beautiful. The only down side was the new restaurant feel (service was a little slow, table was not level, bathrooms dirty, etc) I think once they work out minor items the place will be a 5 for sure.
