The food was great. Our waiter touched base with us right away and provided menus. Unfortunately, he didn't return for more than 25 minutes. I think a manager noticed us sitting there waiting and she took our drink order. We ordered 2 glasses of wine and she brought a bottle, which she said was on the house (thank you). Although the food tasted great, I was expecting a more refined presentation. The lobster bisque presentation was great but our entree, the lobster, arrived on a plate with butter. The steak also arrived on a plate alone. I understand the side arrived in its own dish but there was just something missing in the presentation.

Very disappointed. It was our first time to visit Appleton so you think something with the name Lombardi is going to be outstanding. We were completely wrong. They didn't have the bottle of wine I ordered so offered up something special for the same price. The wine was a vintage 2021 and tasted like it was just made yesterday. Not worth the price. All of the food came out cold. My baked potato would not even melt the butter. The steaks were flavorless and 2 of the 4 we ordered were not cooked properly. Overall it was a very bad experience except for our server who was fantastic. I now understand why there were only 6 tables seated on a Friday night.

We had not eaten here in a few years because we simply don’t think about Lombardi’s. That’s too bad because we had delicious meals. My wife had the petite filet and I had the sea bass. Both were excellent and cooked perfectly. Our server, Stephanie, was very attentive. Overall it was a nice experience.

My Steak was as outstanding as Jill my waitress the food the atmosphere was 👍. Very Clean food was very well prepared. Jill our waitress was very informative and prompt and professional.

Food was delicious. Our server was new and really struggled with our orxer. It wasn't what you expect from a well known establishment.

The server was good, but a bit slow (restaurant was empty). Had the New York strip steak, medium rare. The steak was pink enough but dry and flavorless. Side of Japanese mushroom: also zero flavor. Never had to add salt to a side in a premium steakhouse in my life. Overall the ambiance of the place was nice, but the food was not good, especially for the high prices.

The steaks are mediocre at best. The porterhouse was really just a T bone and not seasoned well. Same with seasoning on the fillet. These were not premium steaks, so they did not warrant the premium price. This place wants to be a premium restaurant that charges premium prices for premium food. They have the prices right for premium...They just forgot to put premium food on the table. The standout here was actually the crispy potatoes, probably worth every bit of the twelve dollars they cost.
