Food was delicious - chicken liver pate, crab cake, etc. The small plate concept works for us. They know how to cook. We went early, so there were not many people, and had excellent service.

Everything on the menu looked good. We decided to start with the truffle fries, followed by bison tartare and a crab cake. Each was delicious. Our waiter, Erin, was attentive and in good spirits. All in all a great meal. Did I mention the Manhattans? Perfect!

We were delighted by the service, taste, and quality of the food. The carrot cake was amazing! This was a great find that was in easy walking distance from our hotel. Many thanks to Alex, the bartender, for all the great ski tips for Beaver Creek and Vail. If we make it back to Avon again, this will be a must stop on our list!

We have dined multiple times here, as a couple and in groups. They never fail to deliver well selected high quality ingredients in a clean modern presentation, where the primary ingredients are not masked or hidden with overbearing flavors and sauces. The wine list is well curated and the bar staff excellent mixologists and attentive to their clientele. We have repeatedly ordered the bison tartare and it is probably the best we have had in Colordo, or indeed the North Americs or Europe. I am a devoted carnivore yet adore the heirloom carrot dish, between the carrots, the labneh , pine nuts and cumin with just enough heat….its a vegetarian equivalent to the bison tartare. Well deserved and well worth your time and dining dollars. We will be back.

The mussels and Brussel sprouts were excellent! The pork ribs were way too spicy for my enjoyment. The pappardelle dish was very small.

Great place with wonderful food. Unique choices. The pork chop with sweetbreads was amazing. Even the mashed potatoes were great. Bison tartare was wonderful as well as the chicken pate. Beets were good, but they weren’t worth the price for the amount and they weren’t anything special. Carrot cake was as good as everyone says. The crème brûlée was okay, but the brûlée on top was so thick that it was hard to eat. The trio of sorbets was (lemonciello, strawberry, and mango were our picks) was fresh and light and we were all fighting for this.

We had the shishito peppers, truffle fries, halibut, mushroom risotto, and the crab cake. 3 of us ate Family Style, everything paired perfectly together. Try the crab cake!! At the end of our meal we ordered another crab cake it was that good! Our server Vlad was fantastic. We really enjoyed our dining experience. We asked to say hello to the Chef and to let him know how delicious his crab cake was. Chef Tim came over to speak to us. I will definitely be back next season.

I never come to this area without making a reservation at Vin 48. The courtesy and consideration shown to customers with special needs is above and beyond! Then you add an interesting menu, including small plates, a wonderful wine list, and great service - how can you go wrong?!! If you have never had the carrot cake, don’t miss it! This was our first disappointing experience of the several times we’ve been to this restaurant. In the past we’ve eaten outside mostly. Atmosphere inside this time was noisy, and service was slow. We will be back next summer when we can eat outside again.

Everything about this restaurant was amazing! The food was perfect! We had several of the appetizers and they were all very good. The steak was cooked to perfection. The mussels were fantastic. The service was incredible! We would definitely return on our next trip!

service was constantly upselling, clearly didn’t like being in the service industry. ambiance is mid, food was above average. not a good value.

Awesome food as always. Great staff. Always a little Noisier so if you need quiet be aware hir love the vibe, food and wine! And the carrot cake- best ever!

We had such a fantastic experience here! The roasted chicken ranks in one of my top 10 best dinners of all time. The wine list was extensive and the atmosphere was great too. We highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the Avon/Beaver Creek area!

We had been in Breckenridge for a week before coming to Beaver Creek. Breckenridge has several fantastic restaurants. So far this week the Beaver Creek restaurant have been okay. However, Vin48 has come up to the standard that we have expected after our Breck experience. Wonderful food, great wine list.

We had a delicious meal with friends. Appetizers,drinks, and wine suggested by the sommelier were amazing! Great atmosphere and service. We will be back!!

We loved everything about our dinner at Vin48 from our quiet hightop in the corner to our chocolate mousse dessert with wine pairing. Our server Mitch was attentive and helpful. We highly recommend the beet salad, bison tartare, mussels and crab cake. Small plates are definitely the best option for dinner at Vin48!
