    This was our first visit and it was a wonderful experience. Our server Russell was so knowledgeable and friendly. It was our anniversary and the best experience. He gave us a cannoli dessert as an anniversary treat! Next time we are at Town Center, our home resort, we will definitely be back!

    Ordered the special of the day but don’t think that’s what we got. Also, out of the soup of the day 10 minutes after opening and there were only 4-5 tables. We did enjoy what we got.

    We had an amazing experience. The food was delicious. All 6 of us loved our food and our server, Daniel was fantastic. Highly recommend.

    Our experience was quite dissapoitning. This restaurant is extremely overpriced for its non authentic food. We checked in with the host, the manager was at the front as well and noticed we had a cake. He then offered to put the cake into the "chefs freezer." Upon us arriving to our table and being seated, the waitress came over with two bottles of water, one sparkling and one regular and said "can I start you off with some water?" We selected the regular water not thinking anything of it due to the fact the waitress did not communicate nothing else to our party. We were here for a birthday celebration. We did ask for a refill of the water as we ran out. Upon receiving the bill we noticed there was an "open cake fee" for simply putting the cake in the freezer. The cake was brought to the table, it was not cut and ready to serve. There was a $13 charge for a bottle of water that typically cost $5-$7 at your local grocery store. When speaking to the manager he explained the cake fee was $2 per person, mind you this was a cake WE bought, and not from the restaurant. We were not explained this at the front when the manager himself suggested taking the cake and storing it for us. The waitress overheard us speaking with the manager and came back over to the table, she was nothing but argumentative and defensive regarding the fact that she did not communicate the water she brought over was not free. She then wandered back over and made a remark regarding if "we were able to figure out and pay the bill." That is extremely uncalled for and I am not exactly sure what she meant by this. I would never reccomend this restaurant to anyone. Extremely dissapointed, the food was mid and overpriced, the service was absolutely pitaful. We are here from out of town and would absolutely never be returning to this so called "fine dining establishment."

    Our experience was wonderful. Great server and the food was delicious. Great cannoli surprise for the Birthday we were celebrating. Good selection and delicious. JW

    Wonderful fresh food. Pasta is not frozen, very fresh. Our waiter cared about our experience there.

    How this restaurant has more than one star with so many ratings is a mystery to me. Our meal last night was nothing short of TERRIBLE. The food was horrible, microwaved, and either too salty or completely under seasoned. My daughter’s fettuccine was inedible. The sausage on my pizza was straight from the fridge. The service was THE WORST. We didn’t even get water for 25 mins until I had to track down a server myself. Save your money, your stomach and your time and go to Olive Garden. Yes Olive Garden, which barely qualifies as edible, is better.

    It is a shame that a restaurant with such good potential lacks the most basic things in this industry...service and organization. After waiting 21 minutes after being seated at the table, I had to go to one of the managers to ask for my waiter. They finally sent me to a waiter who clearly didn't have my table on his list, trying to do the best he could. Throughout the night, I observed that those in charge of bringing the food never arrived at the correct tables. So much so, that it was one of my teenagers' entertainment guessing if the food delivery was going to the correct table. I think there are many options of Italian food in the area that I would try before returning here.

    Server, ambiance, and food very good! Everything came out delicious! Highly recommended this restaurant. We were on vacation and were pleased with this choice.
