We had dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in the Carlsbad area. We always go there when we visit this area and we have been coming out here for many years. The food and service was wonderful. We love Vigilucci’s and highly recommend it. Everything we or our family and friends have had ever had there has always been great.

we are frequent customers of Viggilucci's but last night was very disappointing. The pasta was terrible.. over cooked and too much garlic.. the capers salad was 2 slices of a green heirloom tomato with a lump of cheese.. over priced for $22.. I was told the chef was new.. if so, he needs some supervision

I took my husband to Vigilucci’s Italiana in Leucadia to celebrate his birthday. The food, service, ambiance and piano player were fabulous! Our waiter asked the piano player to play happy birthday for my husband and he did! So nice and a very memorable experience. Thanks for the wonderful evening!

It was a lovely birthday celebration. We sat at the bar and everything was wonderful, except the chicken skewers were a bit dry. We were right next to the piano which made it a little difficult to hear. Overall it was lovely!

We were there pretty late so sure that was why it was so loud with staff and stuff. Food was pretty good. Our server was quite awkward and it was a little hard to get questions answered, etc.

My husband loved the ravioli and I always get a calzone. However for the second visit in a row the same server did not write down my exception and did not get it right. If you have a friendly server who talks too much, note her lack of listening and insist she take notes.
