Welcome to Victory Restaurant & Lounge.

Victory Restaurant & Lounge was born out of an idea to create a place where people could enjoy 5-Star meals in a relaxing, welcoming environment. Rico, a decorated businessman, had visions of opening an elite restaurant with an ambiance Houston has never seen before.

Our menu consists of elevated comfort foods that will leave you wanting more. Our restaurant is designed with indoor and outdoor seating that includes large booths, perfect for sharing a meal with friends and family. We look forward to serving you.

Great experience ambiance and bartenders were very personable with making special cocktails… I was hosting from New Orleans and it was great !!!

All the food was great!! The waitress Kawaii was the bomb!! The music wasn’t too loud, I could still actually hear the ppl I dined with.

Was unable to get food for two hours cause the kitchen was backed up and when we were finally able to order they told us wings and rolls only They were dried out

Took one hour to get our food when ordered and was told what we ordered sold out….we only received our appetizers. Slow service not enough staff.

Music very loud , hard to hear waitresses and people at the table. There needs to be a fine balance between “club/lounge” atmosphere and restaurant space. The service was poor, over 45 mins to receive food and drinks. Waitress was hard to find & did not check in frequently even after concerns. However, the food was very good ! Well seasoned decent portion sizes !

OMG !!! Our experience was AMAZING!!! I was celebrating my 24 th anniversary with my husband. My host was attentive, friendly and help me put together a surprise with the DJ and his MC. I proposed to my husband all over again with a newly upgraded ring. He was so surprised and we both were emotional. We also took a personal photo with the photographer , so we will always remember this night and thanks to Victory Restaurant and Lounge for making our night a SPECIAL Occasion !!!! Love ❤️ McKnight’s

Terrible place was told I couldn’t order my meal cause it was after 5 pm but wasn’t informed about the situation until I was there.
