We hadn't been to Victor in several years and so happy to have rediscovered it. We had a group of 7 before a concert and the service was superb. Our server was very pleasant, food came out quickly and every one of our meals was absolutely delicious. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the crab cake I'd say is one of the best in the city. We will all come back again soon!

We like the service of Gwen C.. She behaves very kindly and friendly. Her attitude is very natural and does not overdo it. The Beef Wellington was perfect. The only drawback is that the environment was very noisy.

Absolutely the best sushi and service, as always. The Victor has never disappointed us in the many years and occasions we’ve been there (6-8 times, I think). This time we had the tuna sashimi/sushi platter and some other items. Just fantastic and top quality. Our server was great.

Service was amazing, food was delicious - we had the best time before the JT concert! We did happy hour at the lounge and we underestimated the size portion and ordered too much lol. Best bread I’ve had in a long time. Again, service was on point. My friend’s drink (Diet Coke) was almost done, she was literally taking her last sip, and a new one was being placed the second she was done. Water cups were always refilled. It was all about the little things. Everyone was polite and accommodating. 100% recommend always. And will continue to dine there.

We booked our reservations 3 weeks in advance, there was a concert happening next door that we would be going to after. The food was amazing, however we were told right when we sat down and ordered that it would be an hour for our mains to come out as they had an influx of guests and all the guests would be served around the same time frame. We were appreciative of that but also didn’t expect to wait an hour for the food to arrive. The food was amazing. I was very happy to have had the option of GF bread at the table as I never asked for it, but I was able to eat that based on my dairy allergy. Thank you for an amazing dining experience.

Booked a table for my birthday and could not be more pleased with the entire experience. The food is phenomenal, the service is prompt and attentive, and the cocktails are sophisticated and deliciously balanced. Would definitely recommend!!!

Disappointing night out. Server said hi and then left for 15 min before taking our drink order. We ordered expensive 1 1/2 lbs of king crab that was so overcooked it wouldn’t come out of the shell. Steak ordered med rare came out rare. They missed the mark all around!

Steak not cooked to MR (more like medium) Server took far too long to check on satisfaction of entres. Lack of service awareness (has to flag down a busser to ask for fresh pepper, then after she dropped it off found out it was empty, flagged her down again and she brought another empty one! Server asked for a third one which had pepper. Expect more from a restaurant that is trying to be a high end steak house.

Worst dining experience I have had in Vancouver for some time. Wrong main served followed by steak cooked “well done” versus “medium rare” and then mistakes on multiple drinks. Very disappointing for a “high end” steak house.

Most awful buffet experience ever had. The restaurant just to create a local hype that make the buffet once a month but it's 100% not worth it. Food is not much different than any $19.99 except they offer raw and baked motoyaki. But you essentially pay extra $70 per ppl for it as it totaled at $90. The restaurant applies every possible techniques a cheap buffet can offer like slow food turnovers ( especially the oysters ), limited space leading to long line ups, small plates etc. Just bad in every aspect. The restaurant has been a disappointment for their regular dinner. Just gave a try for this buffet that is so much advertised in social media. It turned out an even worse experience. Will definitely avoid this restaurant. Thanks

We enjoyed every minute of our brunch at the Victor. It was a real treat to take our son there for his birthday. We will be back for our next special occasion. Superb!

Was a complete mess. Had friends in for evening, made 8:30 reservation….didn’t seat until 8:50…..then, waited 15 minutes for drink order….and it gets better. Order a few appetizers, and finally mains….10:00PM, still no mains….pulled the pin….complete fail,.…actually astonishing. Waiter was great,…not really sure what to say. Have been before, and seemed fine…??

Loved our time at The Victor. Our waitress was amazing and attended to us well, despite the place being busy. Great food! Lovely ambience and really appreciate the team attending to my secret request to present Tiramisu to my wife as a surprise.

This was the first time I've ever been to the restaurant. My friends and I were very impressed with the love they showed us. Our server Johnathan was amazing 😍
