Dish pricing is crazy exploiting tourism.....$280 dry steak. 70 dollars chicken with vegetables. A hamburger cannot be eaten dry and hard.

we found a hair in our empanada and the chicken in the schnitzel sandwich was raw but we got a new one right away

Very disappointing. Very loud. Mexican burger is just a mushroom on top of an overcooked burger. Brisket bbq was very little bbq brisket again in overcooked burger which we sent back.

The appetizers and cocktails were outstanding. Which made the problems with the main course much more startling. The pasta sauce was horrible and the beef in the tortillas was inedible. But if we had stuck with all the apps, it would have been one of our best meals ever.

The food was very poor... limited poor menu. Very expensive price. The waiters ask you to recommend a lie online so that more customers will fall into the trap Please don't believe every 5 stars on the internet it's a lie from friends and family...............

Considering location we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food served. A little bit on the pricier end but considering that we are in Cancun completely acceptable and appreciated. Food was very tasty with fast attentive service Will hopefully have dinner there again. Happy to have the ability to get kosher food while on vacation in such a beautiful spot

. Comimos un plato de pollo que estaba muy bueno. Sin embargo, la pasta boloñesa estaba muy pasada. En el plato de fajitas de ternera, la ternera también estaba muy pasada. Lo mismo ocurre con la hamburguesa, que no tenía salsa, ni sabor y estaba demasiado hecha a pesar de que la habíamos pedido poco hecha. Al final, con una factura extremadamente alta, no volveremos. Es una pena porque el servicio fue bueno.

The entrees, many of which were the same, did not come out at the same time. People were finished with their meals before multiple other people in our party got food. All six of us had upset stomachs the next morning. Not great at all.

I think everything was good except the portions, which I found skimpy. Flatbread pastrami was 90% bread and 10% meat. Chicken fajitas should come with more chicken and not just 4 small tortillas. Summer salad was small on contents. Waiters were extremely cordial and service was efficient.

We LOVE Vicos! Amazing food, amazing service. Nicest staff—they surprised us with sparklers and music for our anniversary! Can’t wait to go back when we visit Cancun again.

The summer salad is absolutely the freshest and tastiest salad I have eaten in a very long time. The ribeye was grilled to perfection (medium rare). My family of 6 enjoyed all of their entrees as well. Will definitely eat here again.

La hamburguesa fue poco hecha aunque la pedí bien hecha. El camarero insistió que fuera lo que pedí. Luego, me cobraron $8,370 Mex por dos hamburguesas, una ensalada, y dedos de pollo. Casí tuve un ataque al corazón. La gerente se disculpó y me cobraron la cuenta correcta.

The menu is varied with something for everyone. The food was delicious and the wait staff, especially our waiter Pedro, were very attentive. For dessert we recommend the churros, they were exceptional.
