Vestal, a live fire restaurant concept in the heart of downtown Lafayette. We provide a dining experience with a focus in providing excellent customer service, while creating a welcoming upbeat environment for people to gather and enjoy thoughtful, delicious food and beverage. At Vestal, we honor both tradition and innovation. We believe that food taste better when sourced from local vendors and artisans, is prepared by hand in house, and cooked over hot hard wood coals. The Service was outstanding, the food was absolutely amazing, a little pricey but well worth every penny. Staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary a special one.

We dined at Vestal while visiting Lafayette and I'm so glad we did - what a gem of a restaurant! The team was welcoming and made great suggestions from cocktails through dessert. Each course was paced well and the food and drinks were unique and delicious. Particular highlights were the spaghetti with crab and dashi cream sauce, and the roasted chicken (how could it be that good?). A wonderful evening!

Great place to celebrate an anniversary! Ambience was fantastic. Drinks and appetizers were awesome. Entrees, sides and service were outstanding! Dessert was decadent! Memorable event!❤️

Wonderful restaurant and food was outstanding. I am a bit turned off with the”unisex “ bathrooms. As a woman, I prefer to have a Ladies room.

Did the Mother's Day Brunch. Food was good, drinks were excellent, service was excellent, restaurant was loud. Two of us ordered steaks to be cooked at medium, both came out very rare, had to send back. The executive chef did come out and apologize (which did impressed me). I do want to return for their normal menu and give it a shot.
