Vessel Specializes in Fresh Seafood and New American Cuisine! Renowned Chef Wille Cooper, who trained under Emeril Lagasse & Wolfgang Puck sources fresh local ingredients incorporating many of the traditions New Orleans is famous for. We also have vegetarian & vegan options. Dinner is served 7 days a week and brunch Sat-Sun! Happy Hour weekdays 4-6 pm (except holidays). Reservations are advised and we welcome walk-ins! Strange experience here. We appeared to be the only ones with a reservation on a Thursday evening. There was one other table dining so the atmosphere was non existent and painfully quiet. Had a lovely server, and food was O-K, but fell far short of the price. Very expensive dinner for two. I don’t think their business is sustainable unfortunately.

Amazing place. The only better place to have brunch other than a bar, is a bar that used to be a church.

I wish I could remember our servers name. He was fantastic! He has an infectious smile and personality. His recommendations were excellent, especially after 2 of our 4 had ordered the crab boil shrimp salad only to find it was no longer available. (He’s been there only a couple weeks/month). Definitely an asset. Oh, one serious critique…the bench seats are very very hard and very uncomfortable. I took one of the chair cushions which made the seat comfortable but placed me too high.

Superb!!! This was my second time at Vessel, and it was just amazing. The crab au gratin and fish dip starter were wonderful. The scallop/risotto dish was one of the best I have ever had. My friend had the filet which was so tender and flavorful. The drinks were top notch and the service just as good. The architecture of the building is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen. Everyone should experience Vessel. We will be back very soon.

The restaurant was not crowded but service was slow. Our Server told us the bread was in the oven so they brought plain crackers with our cheese tray. There were probably eight crackers on the cheese tray. We asked for more and they brought five more. We were a table of eight. We were charged for two bottles of wine instead of two glasses of wine. It felt a very high price point for the quality and the experience of the meal. Music level is loud and feels like a club vs restaurant.
