Tucked away on the second floor of Fotografiska New York, Veronika is a place that fosters late-night conversations, moments over a shared meal, and the chance to meet new friends and colleagues within a warm and welcoming environment. The Roman and Williams designed space offers two distinct experiences: Bar Veronika and the Restaurant. Velvet furniture, high ceilings and ornate chandeliers are accented by burning candles, greenery, and a rotating photography installation in connection with Fotografiska.

Impeccable! From the food, to the ambience, to the service, cannot beat it. One of the prettiest restaurants. You feel like you are in France.

Veronika did not disappoint … Anthony our server was excellent, food exceptionally and ambiance gorgeous. We had special Halibut, Schnitzel, lobster omelette and chicken …all delicious!!! Appetizer we perfection as well. Skip carrot cake dessert and gelato that was subpar. Overall experience was wonderful for a special night

Really enjoyed the overall experience here, from start to finish. The Wagu Tartar was fabulous, lovely cocktails mains, and desserts were fabulous... I came with high expectations, and these were met over and beyond. Cherry on the cake was the expresso Martini in the main bar area after dinner!!

We were greeted with a glass of rose wine, nice touch. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, the food was time properly. Our waitress was very attentive and on point. Food was decent, presentation acceptable. The table was set up nice and kept clean, service was very good and that made our anniversary a very good one.

Young lady Matre d was Excellent. Helpful in sharing her knowledge of what were noted specialties of the restaurant and Her favorites. She was spot on. The Tartare, Salad and Whole Red Snapper were very good. And we r foodie's, so we don't give out coudo s easily. I will say the the wine bottle pricing is high. Not necessarily. Again I don't say this automatically but I am a Wine guy. We did suggest that as we had 5:00 sitting that Bar open at 4:30 as patrons like us and from what I can see "others", enjoy a cocktail before dinner and not all "Fine Dinning" can adhere to your stated 2 hr limit with cocktails. We intend to come back. Thanks

Beautiful ambience. Food was stellar. Especially the dessert. We had multiple and they are all amazing. Arnie took great care of us and knew a lot about my food allergy options. Very $$$ so we would probably reserve for a special occasion. Location is a bit obscure so plan for that up front.

I was born and raised in NYC and I can honestly say that this was the best bar/dining experience I ever had in my life. Verōnika is breathtaking from the moment you walk in. The staff kindly greets and seats you and takes care of you like family for the entirety of your visit. I was there from 7:30 pm to closing and each minute was better than the last. I’d like to thank Mat the bar manager, Tatum our server, Yohan our host, Al our bartender and Sarah our dinner server for creating this flawless experience. The restaurant manager was also incredible. I will definitely be returning

The ambiance was great. Food was sub-par. Steak was ok but not for $ 72. They need to change their steak knives. It was like a fancy, pointy butter knife with no sharp edge at all. It took several seconds to cut each piece of steak. Which made me want to stop eating it, and it looked like a supermarket steak. Oysters and truffles fries were the best part of the meal. To close the check, they bring a fancy gold pen... I feel like you pay for the aesthetic including the velvet pink jackets, doorman,, cause the food was bad, for $472 +tip. Don't waste your money.

We went to Veronika last night (08/25/23) and we had an amazing experience. Valeria and her team from the time getting our tables to serving us our food and drinks was so accommodating. The food taste great and they serve strong drinks lol. Truly a great experience. My bestfriends are so happy and had an amazing time in NYC.

A great way to end the night. Dinner here was amazing. The food presentation, the ambiance, and the people were on point. I couldn't have asked for a better time. 10 out of 10!

Very nice room and setting. The night we were there was a photo opening so we were invited to see the exhibition and have drinks which was was fun. It however, was a bit crowded as a result, but that did not interrupt the prompt service. The food was good. Chicken spätzle was generous and well prepared. The halibut was very good. Salads were fine and mascarpone dessert was was rich and creamy. There was live jazz music the night we were there which added a nice touch.

Beautiful decor, attentive (super animated & friendly waiter) service, chic ambiance and lastly pretty decent food & presentation. If anything, I just wish our table was 6 inch wider so that our table for two could fit our main courses plus side dishes more comfortably. Overall, highly recommended!

Beautiful place. We were initially seated in a location that had a bit too much traffic for our birthday dinner. An incredibly gracious employee "V" reseated us in a spot that more suited our mood, and knew what on the menu was GF without a moment's hesitation. She really made sure we left with a great impression. The food was terrific, as many have already said. Definitely coming back - a great place to dress up for.

The ambiance and decor as well as the attire of the waiters/waitresses was very fitting and cute. I will say the food was definitely overpriced for what was offered (ex. Chicken schnitzel for $42 without any extras). Overall I was disappointed with the menu selection and don’t think the prices reflected the quality of food we received properly.

We ordered the special rib and asked them to make it well done, and they roasted it on the top only. Inside was still medium well, pink and bloody. We just tooked it home and cooked it myself(((

The wines and champagnes are extensive. No iced tea. Limited cocktails. The bread with butter and raw miniature vegetables with aioli are exquisite. The appetizers are passable. We had no main courses. The cappuccino, and both the raspberry gelato and the berries with cream desserts are all to die for. The main waiter may have been a little overwhelmed. All the staff are attentive, nice, beautiful, and immaculately dressed. The decor is striking. The combination of a DJ and live musician made for wonderfully exciting ambiance.

Veronika has had a change and management and in their chef, and recently reopened. It gets high marks for the atmosphere, drinks, vibe and service. The food, however, could use an upgrade. The breaded chicken (Jager schnitzel) was nothing special. The mushroom sauce made the dish, though it was too thick for the dish. The halibut was very good, as was the sorrel sauce. The market salad was ordinary and skimpy on the dressing. Strawberries and cream were a winner, as were the cocktails. Service is excellent -- knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and efficient.
