You don’t have to be a golfer to experience fine dining at Verona18 at The Golf Club at Copper Valley. This award-winning golf and lakeside venue continues to raise the bar with a new chef, a new menu and a fresh look with newly renovated interiors.

Verona18 offers both indoor and outdoor ambiance with our patio overlooking the lake at the 18th green and the lush fairways beyond. From intimate dining to special occasions we can accommodate 12 to 24 guests in our Lakeview Room with custom wine pairings available. Or reserve the Grandview Room for your larger celebrations.
Serving fine wines from Calaveras, Napa and beyond, Verona18 features a full bar stocked with many of your favorites. Breakfast and lunch is served 6 days a week and dinner on Wednesday to Saturday! See our listing for current hours.

We chose Verona 18 to celebrate a major birthday with Eggs Benedict - his favorite! We requested an outside table and double checked days before to be sure that was possible. When we arrived we waited while a table was taken outside for us - which provided us with a lovely (almost) private venue overlooking the golf course. We started with Mimosas, ordered 1 Eggs Benedict and 1 Corned Beef hash with eggs. Service was slow but we were in no hurry - enjoying the view. However, our server was apparently overwhelmed when a large party was seated in the dining room. Our hot dishes were served luke warm and a request for more coffee, and pepper went totally unfulfilled. It's a good thing we were patient, understanding and in a good mood - we counselled the server and let it drop. Now on to the food - even cool, the Eggs Benedict were delicious but the Corned Beef Hash (house made) was extraordinary! Tasty and crisp and wonderful! The morning on the patio with golden sun and good food made for a wonderful start to a birthday. Hopefully the service will improve. This is a lovely restaurant and we will return to give them another try.

Normally a great place to go ( I own a house in the area and a golf club member) but the afternoon I went the staff was just lacking the usual excellent customer service they are known for

The restaurant was busy and service was not quite to our expectations. Our server was very good the kitchen got a little behind. We will diffinetly return we’re not worried about our experience they always come through.

Great dinner again at Verona 18. I had the bolognese and my husband had a chicken dish. Both were wonderful and served hot. The waitress was very sweet and very efficient. We will be back for sure!!

We celebrated my son’s birthday and drive through a storm to arrive as their last reservation. The staff was efficient and friendly and the food was really tasty. All in all worth the trip!

The desserts were not very good. Most of us at our table order the tiramisu. It tasted horrible. Other than that, the food was amazing. We love our server. She was amazing.

Dinner was excellent. Salmon and Mahi Mahi were both outstanding. Service was okay. Unfortunately meals were delivered to the table then didn't see a server or wait staff for more than 35 minutes.

I MADE A RESERVATION A WEEK AHEAD OF TIME FOR MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY. I WAS VERY SPECIFIC THAT I DID NOT WANT TO BE SEATED NEAR THE DOORS AND WANTED A TABLE BY THE WINDOW. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE ONLY TABLE AVAILABLE WAS BY THE DOOR AND WE WERE CROWDED NEXT TO EACH OTHER AND THE ONLY VIEW WAS OF THE KITCHEN. NO TABLE RESERVED AT ALL JUST STUFFED INTO A VERY UNDESIRABLE LOCATION WHICH IF WE HAD NOT HAD A RESERVATION I MIGHT HAVE UNDERSTOOD. OBVIOUSLY USING THIS RESERVATION SYSTEM IS VERY POOR AND WE WILL NOT RETURN UNLESS THIS SYSTEM IS NOT USED. WE LIVE LOCALLY AND WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT BUT NOT UNDER THESE VERY VERY POOR CONDITIONS. OUR SERVER WHO WAS ALSO TRIED TO MAKE A BAD SITUATION BEARABLE BUT IT RUINED OUR WHOLE EVENING.

We felt sorry for the waitress though it’s difficult to see what’s happening in the kitchen. Our order took over 30 minutes to come out and it was cold. Cold omelette, cold and overcooked eggs Benedict with dried tasteless hollandaise sauce. Regardless of the poor food quality, our waitress never asked us how it was after it finally was served nor did you ever spontaneously ask to refill my water. My wife actually went up to the bar from our table at the window to get herself a water. Not coming back

Not that great. Booth tables feel like Denny’s but smaller. Four people is cramped. No salt n pepper on tables. No bread. No ask by the server for ground black pepper on our salad. Server was nice, but this place needs some work. Food was just ok.

This was our first time there. I was pleasantly surprised that the menu pricing was very reasonable!!! Food was fabulous! We will be back more often now that we know the menu . Of course, the beautiful layout is also a plus!!

They had wonderful specials tonight . My sole was so yummy, I wish it was more regular on their menu. My husband had the blackened prime rib, he is quite picky and loved it. As usual lovely meal and amazing service.
