No outside food or beverage please, including cakes.

We are on the main floor of the original Bank Building, built-in 1909 in Historic Downtown Hot Springs, AR. We have preserved the original bank vault that allows for private dining for special occasions. We have focused our attention on all the details... “all the way down to the salt and pepper shakers.” We hope you will join us for your Timeless Vault Dining Experience.

The restaurant is dated and in poor condition. The food was good but the prices were high. The service was outstanding!

We love eating here whenever we’re in Hot Springs. The food is always outstanding and the servers always go above and beyond.

I made a reservation for our anniversary and was surprised when we were escorted to the private vault room. What an experience! The atmosphere and attention to detail by the staff was top notch! The food: oysters, salads, pork chop, scallops , and carrot cake was amazing! The mashed potatoes were like velvet and so delicious. Even the chef stopped by twice to ensure everything was OK. The term “fine dining” must have been invented for Vault. Thank you for making our anniversary very special! We’ll definitely be back!!!!

My wife and I were looking forward to a special dinner while on vacation. Unfortunately, Vault did not deliver. I don't know if this is a new restaurant, new staff, new manager, or what but this is one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. We had a 7:30 reservation thru Open Table, did not get seated until 7:45, everything went downhill from there. The restaurant was not even half capacity, lots of open tables, but they got completely f'd up by 2 tables with about 6 people each table. My wife and I waited 1 1/2 hours for our entries to come out. When they did, they were not cooked. I ordered the pork chop, she ordered the lamb sirloin, both were raw inside. Ultimately, we left without dinner. The manager apologized, did not charge us, blamed the 2 tables of 6. Something is wrong at Vault. Would not recommend.

We loved our time at Vault! We’ve eaten there twice and it is arguably the best fine dining experience in Southwest Arkansas. Mitchell and Evan are excellent servers.
