We are on the main floor of the original Bank Building, built-in 1909 in Historic Downtown Hot Springs, AR. We have preserved the original bank vault that allows for private dining for special occasions. We have focused our attention on all the details... “all the way down to the salt and pepper shakers.” We hope you will join us for your Timeless Vault Dining Experience.

I made a reservation for our anniversary and was surprised when we were escorted to the private vault room. What an experience! The atmosphere and attention to detail by the staff was top notch! The food: oysters, salads, pork chop, scallops , and carrot cake was amazing! The mashed potatoes were like velvet and so delicious. Even the chef stopped by twice to ensure everything was OK. The term “fine dining” must have been invented for Vault. Thank you for making our anniversary very special! We’ll definitely be back!!!!

My wife and I were looking forward to a special dinner while on vacation. Unfortunately, Vault did not deliver. I don't know if this is a new restaurant, new staff, new manager, or what but this is one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. We had a 7:30 reservation thru Open Table, did not get seated until 7:45, everything went downhill from there. The restaurant was not even half capacity, lots of open tables, but they got completely f'd up by 2 tables with about 6 people each table. My wife and I waited 1 1/2 hours for our entries to come out. When they did, they were not cooked. I ordered the pork chop, she ordered the lamb sirloin, both were raw inside. Ultimately, we left without dinner. The manager apologized, did not charge us, blamed the 2 tables of 6. Something is wrong at Vault. Would not recommend.

We loved our time at Vault! We’ve eaten there twice and it is arguably the best fine dining experience in Southwest Arkansas. Mitchell and Evan are excellent servers.

The food quality was amazing. The pork chop with the creole mustard sauce is a must try. My wife had the Maine Scallops and they were cooked to perfection. Evan and Skyler took great care of us and offered top notch service. Highly recommend Vault.

The food was best i've had in a long time. It was cooked to perfection and the plating was great. The waiter knew his stuff and gave us his honest opinion on the food before ordering. He was Great. The restaurant was quiet was decorated very nice. The food was pricey, but I knew that before going in. Would definitely eat there next time we visit.

There is not one negative concerning The Vault. It has a very contemporary vibe but has the charm and service of an old school classic! The drink menu was inventive, as was the food menu. This is was our first visit to The Vault but will definitely not be our last!

This was one of the best dining experience I’ve had in a very long time. The ambience was so nice, our server, Scott, was SO kind, funny, helpful, attentive, you could tell he loved his job. The food was outstanding. 10/10 recommend.

We brought special guests from Colorado to dine with us. The food was very disappointing. The tofu was so spicy that our guest could only eat the rice. My tofu dish was ridiculously spicy hot. It burned my throat and upset my stomach for several hours. My husband had broccolini. It was stringy, and ridiculously spicy also. He couldn't even cut it with a steak knife. Our other guest had filet mignon and ordered it medium well. It came to him as medium rare, and he had to send it back to have it cooked to the ordered temperature. Our friend's son is a chef in Denver, and we were very embarrassed with the quality of the food. We will not be coming back.

The food was amazing!!! We loved our server Evan. The chicken was incredible and highly recommend the radish appetizer. Andrew, the executive chef, is imaginative and thoughtful about his ingredients and does an outstanding job of presenting them in innovative ways. Highly recommended.

The food was superb, the service (Alex) was excellent, courteous, and tolerant (when my husband accidentally slid a full bottle of wine off our highly polished table). The ambience was beautiful, low light and fascinating artwork. Much more than we expected in a relatively small town.

My wife and I had a wonderful time for her birthday. The wait staff was helpful with our dietary restriction needs and the food was well prepared and delicious! It was the perfect cap to our visit to Hot Springs for the Eclipse!

Our dinner was delicious and we had an artichoke appetizer that was yummy. Carla was our server and she was fantastic. It was our first time at The Vault and we will be back. We were able to walk there from our hotel which was a plus because the parking in that area is limited. Everything was perfect.

Our server was absolutely incredible. I wish I would have gotten his name. The gentleman mentioned he’s been in the business for 35 years. He treated my husband and me so well we wish we could take him everywhere to train all restaurant professionals how to do it. 10/10.

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at The Vault. The entire team went out of their way to make it a fantastic evening. Our waiter Evan was great. He was engaging but not overbearing and his recommendations were perfect. The baked brie was outstanding. Our filets were perfect, and the dessert….go for the chocolate tart. It’s worth saving room for. 10/10 fantastic experience.

We are from out of state and came upon The Vault a year ago upon a recommendation from a friend. We had an amazing dinner and loved it so much we came back a second night. The service and both meals were outstanding. We had an incredibly attentive waiter named Evan and we also met the chef, Andrew Disney. You can tell they both absolutely love what they do. So this year when we decided to go back to Hot Springs we made reservations for both nights there. Once again, it was incredible. Evan is extremely knowledgeable of all offerings and super attentive and Andrew has created and executed a wonderful menu and his execution is perfection. Everyone there has a common goal; to give you the best experience possible. When we asked the hostess if Evan still worked there she managed to move us to his area. This was greatly appreciated. We cannot say enough good things about The Vault. Best restaurant in Arkansas!

The food was excellent! And our server Mitch made us feel welcome snd at home. The lamb filet was fantastic. We had a cheesecake for dessert and the hint of rosemary in the crust was mindblowing good.

They made us feel so welcome and took care of us to the highest standard possible. The waiter , Evan , was still talked about this morning as to what a pleasant someone to be around. His demeanor was excellent, fun , but professional & thorough. The appetizer, , entrees and desserts were very tasty . Manager stopped by so we passed our compliments about Evan to him … Bravo Vault our party will spread the positive word . Thanks

This was our second time dining in the private vault. The food and service are unmatched in Hot Springs. Waitstaff is among the friendliest we have ever encountered. Trust me when I tell you to get the Brussels Sprouts and grilled Broccolini.
