    I loved my experience at Vapiano. Quickly and friendly service, food delicious and cold beer. Perfect package. On Friday, I will be back with my colleagues from my job.

    It's hard to rate service these days when everything is qr code ordering. It is very noisy when busy but the food is really good and reasonably priced.

    The food at this Vapiano was terrible. I invited a friend for lunch. He could not finish his pasta and I could not either. It's embarrassing for me. My booking was at 11:30 but I arrived a bit early at 11:15. They would not allow me to get in to sit down and wait. I had to come back sharp at 11:30. At the end, they did not allow me to pay cash. (Is this legal?) I have to pay by card and be charged for a fee. If there was anything good at this place, it's the waitress who served us. She was friendly. Definitely not going there anymore.

    I have dined here before and always had a great experience, this time was different… maybe it was because it was a busy Saturday night not sure, but we had a booking of 8, everyones food came out separately within 20-30 mins so some people where done before others even got there food. They brought the entrees out after the mains, I had to ask 4 times where my step dads pizza was as every one had finished there food and my step dad still had nothing, I told our waiter 4 times what we where waiting on and her constant response was “ yeh yeh yeh” and the look she was giving me when I kept asking was not pleasant or professional, I don’t think she could understand what my request was. I then spoke with management and walked to the kitchen with her where she check our order, they hadn’t even made the entrees or pizza from our order. The manager was lovley and apologised, shortly after one entree came out and a complimentary bruschetta. We then waited another 20 mins before the pizza and the entree of Burrata (which you doesn’t require cooking) came out, by this point everyone else at our table had finished, the pizza that was brought out was barley cooked the dough was mostly raw he couldn’t eat the pizza and we didn’t want to wait for another one to be re cooked. I spoke to the manager again which she apologised and was fine to refund the pizza when I asked for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend going here in peak time on a weekend, durning the week days I have had no issues, I won’t return here on a weekend though.

    Food was delicious top marks the place was lovely and the service very friendly because it was busy the wait for food was a bit long otherwise can’t fault it

    I wasn't sure what to expect because I never looked at the photos, but my friends and I were so impressed with the ambience,! All the staff were so nice and the food was immaculate (ESPECIALLY the Pomodoro Gnocchi)! Appreciative that you were able to accommodate to our last minute birthday celebration and store the cake. My friend also left his wallet behind and thankfully the staff kept it safe and we were able to retrieve it. 10/10 experience I LOVE THANK YOU!!! The only thing I was slightly iffy about was the online ordering, would have much preferred ordering via a waiter as the service was poor and it took us a while to navigate the online menu. Aside from this, everything was beyond perfect <3
