Food came out quick, was hot and hit the spot. Drink were disappointing. The sprite tastes like soda water and when I finally found someone to ask, they said the machine probably ran out of flavour. They eventually brought another one. The mocktails didn't taste quite right (probably also made with soda water instead of lemonade). My cocktail tasted very bland. Again, probably made with the soda water because the machine has run out, but I also couldn't taste a drop of alcohol in it. And for the price of the drinks,I expected better service.

Upstairs seating much quieter than dowsnatirs. Disappointing service (non attentive) due to QR code ordering system. Table and side plates sticky. Disappointing service, but meals were tasty and well presented.

Everything about this Vapiano was perfect, the stuff were very friendly, the food was amazing, the decor and ambience was perfect and the price was very affordable. Best experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time!

Highly recommend Vapiano. Excellent communication with bookings, fabulous customer service with all staff whilst dinning. So accomodating of our needs with a small child. The food was delicious and the cocktails even better. Absolutely look forward to our next visit.

New Vapianos is not as nice as old Vapianos. Very, very noisy, tables slow to clean. My fungi pasta was bitter. Lack of service. It was not worth a drive into the city.
