We had the Caesar salad and the bananas foster both prepared table side. I’ll come back just for those again and again. We also had halibut and lasagna. Both were delicious.

Excellent dining experience/birthday celebration! Our waiter Nick was the quintessential waiter with 14 years + experience. The tableside ceasar salad presentation was first class and delicious. Our mains; Lobster Ravioli, Special fish entree - Haddock, and two servings of the Valentino Lasagna, were piping hot and exceeded our expectations. For dessert we were surprised with a large slice of Tiramisu with candle for my Sister's Birthday. We also ordered the tableside Banana Fosters. Overall A+, we will be back!

Great food and excellent service. Salmon was perfectly prepared with roasted beets. House salad was a great blend of greens, pickled carrots, nuts and just the right amount of dressing. The pasta special with seafood was just as delicious. The capresee salad was excellent.

Always a pleasure to eat here! The setting, food and service are always excellent. We have eaten here several times and it never disappoints! I got the seafood risotto and there was more seafood than risotto! Soooo good!

Was there for our 20th anniversary. Food was excellent but in all honesty we were very rushed by our server. I understand servers want to be done sometimes, but the feeling of wanting to get us out of there as soon as possible overtook how good the food was

Valentino's is always wonderful. Our server Grant took such great care of us and everything from the bread to the Caesar salad to the raspberry cheesecake was outstanding. It is truly our favorite restaurant.

If you are looking for a relaxing, delicious Italian dining experience with superb service, look no further than Valentino's. Do consider the daily specials - the halibut with black olives, capers, cherry tomatoes in lemon/butter/wine sauce with potatoes and sauteed spinach was perfection! The olive oil they put out on the table is divine - fresh, a touch fruity. We also enjoyed the Caesar Salad for Two, prepared expertly tableside. The Bananas Foster was tempting, but will have to wait for a return visit.

Quiet, elegant ambience is the quality I most enjoy in a restaurant. Valentino’s hits the mark here along with exceptional service and great food. This is the third time we’ve eaten here when visiting Nashville. Whether they’re busy or not, the wait staff is attentive, engaging, and helpful. The food tastes great (not overly salted - thank you!) and their wine list has something for everyone. Prices are reasonable for this level of restaurant. We highly recommend this place whether you are visiting or a local.

Everything was wonderful. Our server was fantastic and attentive. I did note we had a birthday but no mention of it although I saw other tables getting cake with candles. Other than that amazing dinner snd experience.

I've never seen experienced such poor service in my entire life. Wait staff didn't want us there at all. Asked for a cocktail menu, ordered one and they took the menu away. Food was mediocre at best, veal Parmigiana was over cooked aside from near the bone. Couldn't even order a bottle of wine with dinner because nobody came back to the table.

Amazing food and great service. Quaint place, small...even crowded at times. But the lack of pretense to their food, service and presentation was remarkable. There was no compromise in the quality, but it was a unique, home-grown place to enjoy a great meal.

We were a group of 6. Our server was very attentativen from beginning to end. The bread served for the table was fresh. Ceasar salad was prepped at the table as well. The chicken parmasean was delicious. The lobster ravioli was amazing! Definitely recommend 👌

A beautiful step back in time to a welcoming Italian high end family restaurant. Housed in an historic home. Attentive service combined with the real taste of Italy. Nice size portions. Absolutely worthwhile dining experience.

This place is a beautiful gem. Took my son here for his 21st birthday and everything was perfect. The gnocchi is the best I have ever had and the service was top notch. Andrei was great and kept us entertained. We will be back.
