As you are dining with us as a larger group booking, you will be dining from our restaurant tasting menu which can be viewed on our website. https://valentinamerimbula.com/tasting-menu Credit card details are required to secure this reservation. We know that plans can change, though we ask that any cancellations are made no less than 6 hours prior to your booking time. Cancellations made within this time, or failure to show up will see an automatic charge of $50 per person. Groups of 7 or more will incur a 10% service charge. This reservation is for 2 hours.

A beautiful meal, attentive-but-non-intrusive service, and a gorgeous setting. Only one drawback - an extremely raucous group at the next table, yelling, laughing and generally making easy conversation at a dinner for two impossible. No apparent attempts by staff to make the group in question aware of their impact on other diners. I'll go there again, but will ask about any large group bookings first!

Outstanding food and service in a beautiful setting with views over Merimbula lake. We tried the 5 course tasting menu and were so happy we did. Every dish was super tasty and creative from start to end . The wine and drinks menu is complimentary to the food with a wide variety of excellent choices. Highly recommend .

The food is outstanding, worth choosing plates to share, as the menu is designed that way. The service was fantastic, the views are amazing and overall a really lovely experience! Cant wait to go back again!

Very nice food at Valentina the seafood was delicious especially the oysters so fresh and the blue eye cod was outstanding. The tasting menu is very good value. Only one stripe the noise was loud especially the bar tender banging around the bar area took away from an excellent night.

Lovely evening for our anniversary. Service was fantastic, the restaurant is beautifully styled and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Food was lovely staff were fabulous a bit expensive tho and the wine was above most people’s budget I would think need a few cheaper options but over all a lovely dining experience.

The food is incredible. So delicious , such delicate flavours. The service is friendly and warm and the atmosphere is just stunning. It is truly one of the best meals I've ever eaten

It has been a long time since I can recall a ‘feed me’ meal better than this. Usually there is a miss or two in a feed me, but not on this occasion. Hit after hit after hit. The seasoning was on point on every dish. If I were to pick favourites, the asparagus was perhaps the stand out, closely followed by the scallops. But really, everything was impressive. Service was also friendly and attentive. A highly recommended restaurant. Blown away.

Valentina's must one of the top restaurants on the far south coast. The service is exceptional and an obvious stand out from the service offered at other local and regional restaurants. An exemplar for how service should be. The food comes in small servicings with each dish a gastronomic adventure for your taste buds. My partner and I dine regularly and are never disappointed. The service, food, wine, view and intimate setting are the reasons we keep coming back.

Our meal was absolutely superb - a highlight. The Chef’s Hat well deserved and Merimbula is so fortunate to have this restaurant. The only issue with the restaurant is that it is quite stuffy/airless. They need to do something about cross ventilation and I hope they will. We have found that in the winter months too. If they can take advantage of the sea breezes this place will be 20/10.

Service was good but food was expensive, and $12 for 2 glasses of sparkling water from a dispenser? Somewhat exorbitant. One meal that was ordered was wrong but the server had walked away immediately so had to be called back. The correct meal was soon delivered but appeared rushed. Not ideal. A disappointing experience.

Lovely greeting, friendly staff. The food is amazing, I am pescatarian and all the fish choices were excellent , loved the crab linguini. The other two loved the steak. Just the right amount of food. We didn’t have sweets.

Food was good but the uncomfortable heat of the room meant we did not stay any longer than we had to. Room was hot and temp increased as more guest filled the restaurant. $68 for a steak when ask what comes with it, waiter replied you get butter . Requested a bottle of water as the room was so hot was told we only fill glasses as we use the same bottles for all the tables. Then waiting for a requested water refill in a hot room felt like forever to get some water. Food is overpriced and if like to sit in an air conditioned restaurant while eating your food this is not the place for you.

Delicious! Loved the oysters, scallops with beurre blanc, octopus with nduja and blue swimmer crab pasta. Especially enjoyed the anchovy toast that came with a regular anchovy and a white anchovy, salty, creamy bliss! Great selection of wines, too, plus warm and professional staff.

Fabulous food and service- sommelier was wonderful Only neg was it was just a little too warm - given it was a very warm evening I guess that was hard to manage ? Crank up the AC Otherwise loved it and loved taking our mates with us this time
