Food was good. Service is hit or miss. There is one server who is extremely pretentious and rude. Noise level is just way too loud. They have a cigar corner and it is honestly annoying for the rest of the tables at proximity. Overall overpriced for the quality, but food is still good.

An impeccable experience. They are extremely accommodating. Nothing you want, they will try to make possible. My 7 year oldhad chicken fingers that were out of this world and they weren’t even in the menu. The service is a cut above what you believe is great service. We will definitely be back.

Really outstanding all the way around. Excellent choices, specials, service, preparation and presentation. Even something as simple as a salad is elevated and perfectly balanced.

Beautiful atmosphere but be prepared to spend a lot especially if you have cocktails and wine. In general thought the food was overpriced. For example we shared 2 appetizers which were specials so we didn’t know the prices. Fried zucchini stuffed with ricotta was $35 and burrata with arugula, artichokes and prosciutto was $37! With all of the other great Italian restaurants in NYC not sure I will return here.

Valbella was recommended by Bryant Park Grille due to BPG being closed for a private event. This was a business dinner for my boss (a VC from San Francisco) so I made the reservation for him. His response to my query about Valbella was that the food was good but they were placed at the worst table in the restaurant which is frustrating at best and infuriating at worst. Of course, none of this is OpenTable's fault but you did ask for a review. Pretty safe to say he will not be returning to Valbella on future visits.
