Service was extremely slow, we were 1 of 4 tables that had people sitting at them. Our server couldn’t remember the wines that she poured in our sangria flight, you don’t get to pick your own. My roasted beet salad came out with raw, cold beets. I let the server know when she finally came around to our table after we’re were done eating and our water glasses were empty. She said Oh, I’ll let the kitchen manager know. We were really disappointed as the last time we were there it was excellent.

We haven’t been to Urban Pine in quite awhile but were pleasantly surprised. Food & wine was delicious & service was outstanding. Will definitely be back.

I met a friend for dinner at the Urban Pine Winery on a Friday evening. We shared a sangria flight and a charcuterie board. We also enjoyed entrees. We were not at all in a hurry and thoroughly enjoyed tasting all the different flavors. Our server was always consulting us about when or if we wanted more. We were both impressed woth the service and quality of the food wine. We ate indoors and there was about 30 people tasting wine in the area but it was not too loud for us to visit. I noticed there is also a patio so we might try it when we next meet up. The location so close to the expressway makes it convenient as a meeting place.

We’ve always had great lunch and dinner experiences but brunch wasn’t as impressive. Two of the three of us had the quiche and it was so salty that it wasn’t edible. Our server offered a replacement so they ordered the avocado toast instead. I had an omelet and though I do prefer my eggs on the well done side, it came out black, and I mean black. I ate it, and other than it being overdone it was good, but if it were to come out that overdone again, I would send it back. The toast was also quite overdone and so dry. The sangria was delicious as always and our server was attentive.

Our dinners were very good and our server was very helpful ,as this was our first time at Urban Pine. We will be coming back as there were many menu items that sounded delicious. The patio looked like a great place to dine in warmer weather, too.

Nice atmosphere. Great place for a date night with your significant other. Staff was wonderful. Food was great. Nice wine selection. My wife even bought a bottle.

Pros: Food and drinks were great! The restaurant week special, pretzel crusted chicken sandwich, was really good, and the sangrias were tasty! Nice decor. Cons: Quite slow - Waited about 5 minutes before a hostess came to check us in, and it took a while to get our drinks and place order. Then waited a bit to get the bill after finishing our meal. Overall a great restaurant and winery and will be back!

The food was kind of bland, all three dished we ordered were ok, but not very flavorful. Service was slow, took a long time to get good. Wine was good as was pricing. It was loud in there, many hard surfaces. Will revisit but not frequently.

Took a while to wait to be seated even tho we had reservations. We had to send back a water Glass because there was a visible lip stain on it, clearly not cleaned well. Our waitress didn't seem to enjoy her job. Bare minimum effort, only stopped at our table to take our order and give us the check. Never asked how we were enjoying the wine, food etc. Food was okay, not anything above and beyond. I had higher expectations to say the least.

Went for Valentine's Day and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is enjoyable, with the decor being above average. The noise level - something we are concerned with more and more - was just perfect. Not so quiet that you felt you had to speak in hushed tones, but enough noise that you felt you were in a busy restaurant. My locally-made cherry cider (recommended by our outstanding server Erica B) was great, and my husband loved his wine. Our appetizer of feta dip with homemade pita chips was outstanding, and my mushroom ravioli and my husband's cider chicken was also quite good. Presentation was quite nice - even though we were there right as they were closing. And our server never made us feel rushed. Plus entrees were under $20 - - not something we see at nice restaurants very often anymore! We'll definitely be back - - soon!

It was our first time at Urban Pine and we will definitely be back. It started with our waitress Melody, who had so much personality and made us feel like we were regulars the minute we sat down. She was knowledgeable and helpful about choices on the wine, appetizers and dinner. Everything was fantastic! The wine is wonderful. Our appetizer and dinner choices were not only unique. (I have never seen any of our choices on another menu) they were delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!!

When I entered the inside is nice, into truly a winery more of a restaurant/ bar. The Sangria flight wasn’t great, they all basically tasted like Arbor Mist. I ordered a glass of the sangria to see if they would have added the fruit to the glass and sadly they didn’t. We ordered the cheese plate and the chocolate charcuterie board… both were underwhelming. All in all, the space is easy to get around but I wasn’t impressed with the food or the sangria.

Zachary made our experience wonderful! The restrooms need work and the animal excrement in the entry was odd, but we still had a nice time.

A hidden gem! Not just a winery, although they make over 40 types of wine using premium grapes sourced from across the globe! In addition, they are a full-service restaurant offering lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch! Food, wine, service, value, and ambiance were all outstanding. Beer, liquor, and several flavors of Sangria are also availablle. Highly recommend!

So it started out not the greatest. We were seated, waitress brought over water, offered to give us a few minutes to look at the menu... and then she never came back. We tried flagging her down, but she was head-down busing tables, chatting with coworkers etc. Gave it 25 minutes before I went up to the bar and spoke with the bar tender, Abbie. Abbie is FANTASTIC. She immediately said she'd get us a server, and ended up doing it herself. She was stellar. Got us wine, food, etc. Definitely took care of us and was very pleasant. She definitely saved the night. Food is out of this world good, wine was fantastic, they have a great menu to help people who aren't wine buffs find something they'll like. All 4 of us were thrilled with everything we got. She and the owner were more than generous comping part of our bill, which was very much appreciated. A very large thank you from me to Abbie and the owner for making it a wonderful birthday dinner for me. We will absolutely be back, and bring friends. I'm guessing the first server who bailed was very much an anomaly from how wonderful everyone else is, and how nice the manager/owner was.

We did wine flights and a charcuterie board to start. A lot of the wines weren’t very good and our server never asked how we liked them. The board was very expensive for the amount of food we receive. The salad was great and the overall vibe was perfect! Will go back but wouldn’t recommend the flights or board.

Where to start. Reservation went fine. Seated after a little confusion but not a problem. Ordered a bottle of Trek(malbec), mushroom stuffed ravioli in spinach cream sauce and a charcuterie board. The malbec was like I took a box of wine and splashed some water in it. The ravioli was sams club or Costco value at best. Good but not for the price. The charcuterie board was terrible. It looked like someone had thrown some bolgna, cheap salami, Ritz and club mini crackers on a board with chunks of different colored Velveeta cheese and called it a charcuterie board. We topped it off with the chocolate caramel cake. Embarrassing. Popped a cake out of an individually wrapped package, squirted some Hersey caramel on it, tossed it in the microwave and voilà. Terrible. Won't go back ever.

Our server was good, but the gentleman who sat us (beard) made a point to touch and connect to EVERY table except ours. We felt unwelcomed at the restaurant. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and it was VERY obvious. It unfortunate because they have been on our list of places that we would frequent......so I'm not sure we would return.

Our waitress was great. My husband and I are doing Keto diet - we ordered omlets and asked for something other than bread, tater tots or fruit. The waitress asked the chef but the chef said 'no'. I understand having all the food prep'ed ahead so special requests are difficult. But it would be nice to have some more food on the brunch menu - like a salad - something that's not a carb.

The wine experience left much to be desired. Our server presented us with an already opened bottle that we had to pour ourselves. The wine had a notably stale taste, and the food didn’t impress either. Surprisingly, it was a $35 bottle, but it tasted worse than a $5 option you’d find on the bottom shelf of any store. Additionally, the inability to choose the wines for a flight seemed quite frustrating. It’s disappointing to see this place’s decline from its previous higher standards.

I did not like the option for the flights where the wines were already pre chosen. If I want to drink wine I want to pick the flavors I want not one already chosen for me. My waitress was also the hostess. She forgot about us half the time, did not check up on up. When we requested silverware we were never presented it as we had to ask another who was constantly doing her job and checking up on the her table. I do believe if the hostess has a little bit more practice she will be an excellent server.

This was our first time and the waitress seemed indifferent to that fact. She answered our questions but she always seemed to have somewhere else to be. I got the bacon cheddar burger and it was fabulous! My husband got the braised short rib and was disappointed that it was exactly one rib served with an extremely salty polenta. He loved the Caesar side salad. I also got the sangria flight and it was a nice way to try 4 different flavors. It’s also good to know that the flight changes every month. We saw a lot of dishes come out of the kitchen and when we go back we’ll probably try the flatbread pizza.

Food and wine was excellent as was service but don’t order the lava cake. Our waiter took it off the bill without us even asking. Appreciate that.
