The food was absolutely delicious! The service was great and we got a free desert because of my boyfriends birthday. We will definitely come back when we are in Berlin.

Wirklich ein toller Service, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr freundlich und haben uns wirklich sehr gut bedient. Allgemein das Essen ist auch sehr gut, Rippchen und der Steak waren erste klasse ich komme gerne wieder.

Food was really good. We did not get all our food, some things came long after we had finished eating, and also even though we cancelled the side dish that never came. Ordered something to drink that never came. When we got the bill, the items that never came was not removed from the bill. Seems like there had been some lack of communication, and the waiter was not very service minded.

Great experience for us- very friendly and accommodating staff. Food was really lovely- i had the mixed grill - so yum! There were too much food for me though but the lovely waiter very kindly packed the leftovers for me! I was very grateful- didn’t want to waste all that yummy food. The icing on the cake? A surprise birthday cake for me! I was so touched! So nice! Yummy chocolate fondant cake that melts in the mouth. I would go back if Im in Berlin again.

Wir besuchten kürzlich das Upper Grill & Bar in einer Gruppe von fünf Personen, und es war ein absolut wundervoller Abend. Vom Moment unserer Ankunft an fühlten wir uns durch das aufmerksame und freundliche Personal sehr willkommen. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist einladend und stilvoll, perfekt für besondere Anlässe. Die Speisekarte bot eine beeindruckende Auswahl an Gerichten, die alle appetitlich präsentiert wurden. Jedes Gericht, das wir ausprobierten, war hervorragend zubereitet und reich an Geschmack. Die Fleischliebhaber in unserer Gruppe waren von der Qualität des Steaks begeistert, das perfekt auf den Punkt gebraten war. Auch die Auswahl an Beilagen und Saucen ergänzte die Hauptgerichte ideal. Die Cocktailkarte war ebenso beeindruckend. Jeder Cocktail war meisterhaft gemixt und präsentiert, was den Abend noch genussvoller machte. Besonders beliebt bei unserer Gruppe war der Signature-Cocktail des Hauses, der mit einer ausgewogenen Mischung aus Süße und Säure überzeugte.Ein besonderes Highlight des Abends war die Überraschung für unsere Freundin, die ihren Geburtstag feierte. Das Personal überraschte sie mit einem köstlichen Cheesecake, den sie als Geburtstagsgeschenk überreichten. Dieser Cheesecake war außerordentlich lecker und ein echter Höhepunkt – cremig, nicht zu süß und auf einem knusprigen Keksboden serviert.Insgesamt war unser Besuch im Upper Grill & Bar ein voller Erfolg. Die Kombination aus exzellentem Essen, hervorragenden Cocktails und einem zuvorkommenden Service machte unseren Abend besonders. Wir können das Upper Grill & Bar ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

There's fast food, there's slow food, and then there's slow fast food which is what best describes "Upper Grill & Bar". Calling it "Upper" is pretentious in every possible way. Inexperienced staff is one thing and while I understand it is difficult to find staff at all, putting completely untrained staff to work is just plain incompetent. No matter how good a meal, if the service is bad, the whole experience will be bad. At least "Upper" can boast consistency with both terrible service and insipid food. I had to think hard to find something that could be described as "Upper" until I was presented with the bill. Yes, prices definitively are.

Wir waren ziemlich überrascht. Die Atmosphäre, die Bedienung, das Essen. Es war einfach perfekt. Die Kellnerin war super nett und aufmerksam, die Cocktails haben einfach toll ausgesehen sowie geschmeckt. Die Steaks waren ideal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch mal zum Besuch, vielen Dank.

Bei unserem Berlin Besuch mussten wir unbedingt den Upper Grill & Bar besuchen. Die Rezessionen waren vielversprechend und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Tolles Ambiente, aufmerksames Personal und der Steak war absolut stark 💯%! Ich hatte den Ribeye geordert. Für mich die perfekte Wahl. Allein optisch schon nen Traum und geschmacklich 10/10. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder🫶!!!! Danke an das Team !

Mein Besuch im Upper Grill Bar war einfach fantastisch! Das Essen war köstlich und das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend. Der Innenraum ist stilvoll gestaltet und schafft eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Burger und Milkshakes sind definitiv einen Besuch wert! Ich freue mich schon darauf, wiederzukommen

Dies war mein zweiter Besuch. Der Empfang wie immer freundlich. Leider war unser Kellner nicht in der Lage, die Bestellung korrekt aufzunehmen. Er zeichnete sich zwar durch freundlichen Umgang aus, aber eben leider nicht durch gute Aufmerksamkeit. Es gab einen anderen Kellner, der diesen Fehler wieder korrigieren konnte und uns auch sehr entgegen kam. Summa summarum eine gute Erfahrung, ein schöner zweiter Besuch und sicherlich nicht der letzte in der Hoffnung, dass beim nächsten Mal die Bestellaufnahme etwas reibungsloser verläuft.

Steaks waren fantastisch, wir haben Espresso und Shots umsonst bekommen. War gut besucht und hatte daher einen etwas höheren Lärmpegel, davon abgesehen alles grandios

Service war sehr langsam obwohl das restaurant nicht voll war … bei gebrachten Speisen wurde Vorspeise und Hauptgang gleichzeitig gebracht . Wartezeit nicht angemessen .Preis €€€€ .

The ribs and caesar salad were quite good. That said, the place was extremely brightly lit for dinner - felt more like a diner than a restaurant, the service was poor (our server seemed very kind but clearly did not know what he was doing; he wasn't able to accurately answer questions about the menu, got part of my order wrong, and didn't know what drinks were on offer. Overall, the food was good but the experience was disappointing.

Excellent food , friendly staff lovely ambiance. I would recommend for a casual dining night out. We got the steaks which were excellent. A lot of other were tucking into the share platter so it must be a popular choices. Overall excellent

Das Restaurant entspricht absolut nicht dem "hype" auf Instagram. Das Essen war nicht gut und als wir an der Bar etwas trinken wollten, wurden wir komplett ignoriert und vor uns wurde die ganze Zeit sauber gemacht. Bezahlen war auch kaum möglich, da sich niemand verantwortlich gefühlt hat.

Seltsames Restaurant. Gutes Essen, mäßiger, unaufmerksamer Service mit Verständigungsproblemen. Ungemütliches Ambiente. Die 5 Sternebewertungen der anderen konnte ich an dem Abend nicht nachvollziehen - aber vielleicht bin ich auch einfach zu alt für den Laden 😀

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre, professionellem und angenehmem Service, das Essen das sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich Spaß macht und dazu tolle Cocktails. Wir haben dort den Geburtstag unseres Sohnes gefeiert und ein Stück leckeren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Essen war unglaublich lecker, wahrscheinlich das beste Steakhouse in Berlin. Der Innenraum ist einfach magisch! Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
