The food was absolutely delicious! The service was great and we got a free desert because of my boyfriends birthday. We will definitely come back when we are in Berlin.

Sehr leckeres Essen und der Service war super! Die Location ist richtig toll gestaltet. Sehrvzj empfehlen. Preislich etwas teuer.

Wirklich ein toller Service, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr freundlich und haben uns wirklich sehr gut bedient. Allgemein das Essen ist auch sehr gut, Rippchen und der Steak waren erste klasse ich komme gerne wieder.

Food was really good. We did not get all our food, some things came long after we had finished eating, and also even though we cancelled the side dish that never came. Ordered something to drink that never came. When we got the bill, the items that never came was not removed from the bill. Seems like there had been some lack of communication, and the waiter was not very service minded.

Great experience for us- very friendly and accommodating staff. Food was really lovely- i had the mixed grill - so yum! There were too much food for me though but the lovely waiter very kindly packed the leftovers for me! I was very grateful- didn’t want to waste all that yummy food. The icing on the cake? A surprise birthday cake for me! I was so touched! So nice! Yummy chocolate fondant cake that melts in the mouth. I would go back if Im in Berlin again.

Wir besuchten kürzlich das Upper Grill & Bar in einer Gruppe von fünf Personen, und es war ein absolut wundervoller Abend. Vom Moment unserer Ankunft an fühlten wir uns durch das aufmerksame und freundliche Personal sehr willkommen. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist einladend und stilvoll, perfekt für besondere Anlässe. Die Speisekarte bot eine beeindruckende Auswahl an Gerichten, die alle appetitlich präsentiert wurden. Jedes Gericht, das wir ausprobierten, war hervorragend zubereitet und reich an Geschmack. Die Fleischliebhaber in unserer Gruppe waren von der Qualität des Steaks begeistert, das perfekt auf den Punkt gebraten war. Auch die Auswahl an Beilagen und Saucen ergänzte die Hauptgerichte ideal. Die Cocktailkarte war ebenso beeindruckend. Jeder Cocktail war meisterhaft gemixt und präsentiert, was den Abend noch genussvoller machte. Besonders beliebt bei unserer Gruppe war der Signature-Cocktail des Hauses, der mit einer ausgewogenen Mischung aus Süße und Säure überzeugte.Ein besonderes Highlight des Abends war die Überraschung für unsere Freundin, die ihren Geburtstag feierte. Das Personal überraschte sie mit einem köstlichen Cheesecake, den sie als Geburtstagsgeschenk überreichten. Dieser Cheesecake war außerordentlich lecker und ein echter Höhepunkt – cremig, nicht zu süß und auf einem knusprigen Keksboden serviert.Insgesamt war unser Besuch im Upper Grill & Bar ein voller Erfolg. Die Kombination aus exzellentem Essen, hervorragenden Cocktails und einem zuvorkommenden Service machte unseren Abend besonders. Wir können das Upper Grill & Bar ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

There's fast food, there's slow food, and then there's slow fast food which is what best describes "Upper Grill & Bar". Calling it "Upper" is pretentious in every possible way. Inexperienced staff is one thing and while I understand it is difficult to find staff at all, putting completely untrained staff to work is just plain incompetent. No matter how good a meal, if the service is bad, the whole experience will be bad. At least "Upper" can boast consistency with both terrible service and insipid food. I had to think hard to find something that could be described as "Upper" until I was presented with the bill. Yes, prices definitively are.
